Ezy's Smoothie Station — Restaurant in Blue Springs

Disappointed! This place is close to where I live and has delicious smoothies...when they make it right! I've been here multiple times, owner is very kind, however it depends on who makes your smoothie how well it turns out. People who work there definitely need more training or at least a recipe to follow. It was something I put up with until one day I walked in and I was standing as the only person in the store and the employee working ignored my prescene. Then another male employee came out aftera few minutes, sat on the COUNTER and asked, "So what do you want?" Uhhh no thanks! Instantly grossed out. Okay first things first. This place is amazing but I have a complaint: You guys are WAY better at making wraps than I am and now I am addicted. Now to the point, I work from home and we were SUPER busy today. I didn't have time to make myself lunch and I was starving so I got on DoorDash and decided to give this place a shot since I tend to eat on the healthy side. I was weary at first just because I am always nervous to try new places and now I am just mad that I am just now discovering them. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and holy WOW. My wraps are lame sauce compared to these. Very slow and long wait time. I placed an order online for two smoothies, a juice, açai bowl and wrap. I arrived at the eta time of 30min to sit and wait for an additional 45 min for my order to be complete. The wrong juice was made, and the employee forgot to make the wrap and made a 20oz smoothie instead of the 44oz ordered. The employee continued to make excuses, saying it takes 30 minutes to make an açai bowl and juice. A “regular customer” came in and placed an order, the employee proceeded to make their order before finishing mine. I am very dissatisfied with the service received. The order was placed for pick up due to working in the hospital and having limited time to eat and I ended up having to sit in the facility for an additional 45min.
