Edit: I have changed my mind about not being "customer minded". They're still lame for not delivering far at all, but they will at least make it right when your order is screwed up. I ordered a beach club with extra avo and sprouts. Not only did I not get the sprouts, but there was not even lettuce put on it. I called to speak with a manager to let them know the mistake. Ashley, the manager on duty, apologized and explained that they had a new trainee working today who she apparently did not watch close enough. She offered to credit me the cost of the sandwich for a replacement the next time I come in. Works for me. Thanks, Ashley!
They still only get 2 stars overall for such a pathetic delivery range.
It's pretty pathetic when a DELIVERY place won't even deliver to all places within their own town, while others will deliver to the NEXT town over! The place I work used to order from them all the time when they would deliver, then suddenly "management changed" so "delivery changed". Even though, like others, we are only about 2 miles away they would not, and still will not, deliver. It would be helpful if management/owner would actually listen to their customers and give them what they ask for, it's not that hard to deliver around Blue Springs. Even Mr. Goodcents...

Typically when we come into the store we are greeted as we walk in, have friendly conversations while we are there and are acknowledged when we leave. Last evening, 3/8/21 we stopped in for a quick dinner. There were no other guests in the restaurant and 4 people at the counter—one of whom was waiting on the drive through. We approached the counter and gave our order to Myiah. She never said hello, how can I help you or anything! In fact through the whole transaction she never said one word to us. There was no thank you, your order will be out soon,—-nothing. I had to ask her for my drink cup. She came back and gave it to me. No sorry, oops, here you go....absolutely silent. Afterwards I realized that she never asked if I was a rewards member so I never put my phone number in the keypad. When we left no one said anything. I hate to bash this place because we usually have excellent service but last night was very disappointing.
