Went recently and they were busy, I understand. But I waited in a drive through line that wasn't super outrageous like it can be for 25mins. I then decided to go inside since it looked like no wait. Only 2 people in front of me, it took the cashier forever to take their orders, it took her about 5 mins to place my one small drink. I then proceeded to wait another 20mins watching people who had come in behind me with bigger orders get served first. At this point I am going to be late for work. I get back in line behind another 2 people and I finally get up to the cashier to ask for a refund and to just leave because it's been 45mins waiting on a small coffee. She asked what I had and then proceeded to tell me they are about to make it if I want to wait another minute, essentially refusing my refund. I will NOT be going back. Read moreOverall this location is ok. I try to stay away from this location if I want to go to Starbucks. There's always a 50/50 chance my order is messed up. I have two examples on different occasions.
The first was about 3 weeks ago I ordered two Iced White Mocha's with Almond Milk and no whip cream. I received the two drinks with Soy instead of Almond and the label on the drink said Almond.
The second example was from yesterday. I asked for an Iced White Mocha with Almond Milk and no whip cream and instead I received a Macchiato with Almond Milk and no whip cream. With the label on the cup saying the correct order info. (I use Almond milk instead of the regular because I am in fact Lactose Intolerant.)
I do enjoy Starbucks and I will continue to come back. However it's an inconvience when the order is wrong half the time I receive my drink. I hope this can improve...
Read moreFor the 3rd time Whipped cream was put in my coffee when all I asked for was heavy cream. When I went in to ask Them to make it correctly and I had already paid for my coffee I got nothing but attitude and denial. Told them not only am I a diabetic but that the sugar alone would put me in the hospital for an allergy that I have to their whipped cream. The last time they did it to me I ended up with a migraine and had to go home and go to bed. 3 strikes and you're out! Won't be going to the store if I cannot get people to listen to what I need! In the food service industry we should understand if it doesn't call for it there is a reason! Allergies are a big issue! Need to get this problem straighten out or it will affect your business!
