Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boardman

We ordered our food at 5:22pm. After an hour and a half we tried calling. We called over 20 times and got no answer. At 7:10 my husband drove over to find out where our food was. He saw the delivery driver walking out the door and asked if he had our order. He said no, it was still on the rack. My husband also stated that there were 3 delivery vehicles parked in the parking lot. It was very busy inside. Our receipt was cashed out at 7:23... 2 hours! At the store they removed the delivery fee and said sorry because they were busy. When he got home, the food was lukewarm. It had been sitting for awhile. We called the store again and finally got through. The manager was gracious over the phone and reversed our dinner charge and gave us a credit; which we appreciate. However, I have worked in that business before... if it is too busy or you are short on drivers... you give realistic delivery times and/or cut off delivery orders until caught up. The more angry people you create, the more money you lose... whether it be the stuff you giveaway to remedy the situation or the future...

2nd time ordering, deliveries are always late, I can see they make like 5-6 stops before mine, even though it says 20-30 mins yet it takes over an hour by the time I get our pizzas and they are cold and soggy plus we can't eat them because of possible Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella Enteritidis and Campylobacter from being stored in a bag for so long that probably has never been cleaned. And this time when I was handed the pizzas, I came inside and set them down(feeling the cold sogginess) and my hands had turned blue from the ink on the boxes, that is how soggy they were. Called the store for a refund and the manager Angel said he was too busy and I told him I was busy as well spending my hard earned money to pay him and asked for a refund...he said he would reverse the charges so we'll see if he...

I placed this order nearly an hour ago. I thought it might be behind, but they said they started preparing it at 7:08 p.m., but when I arrived at 7:38 they said it could be 15 minutes before it's even started. He's like be patient we don't have control over the Tracker. Corporate needs to update the website and Tracker to let us know before we set out. It is now 7:48 and still no pizza.If the Tracker didn't say it was being prepared at 7:08 p.m., I would have waited to leave. Now I'm sitting in Domino's watching the Super Bowl.🙄

Update: Over an hour later and it's terrible. Supposed to be well done, but all the ingredients and sauce are sliding off of the crust and wetting up the plates....
