Raibu Sushi Bar is a must to experience quality sushi, talented chefs and knowledgeable friendly staff. Opening night I chose the Omakase, chefs selection and every single bite was perfection. The chefs were amazing -- super talented, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You could feel the care and precision that went into every course.

The fish quality was top-notch -- so fresh and flavorful that it practically melted in my mouth. Every dish had this perfect balance of texture, flavor, and presentation that made the whole experience unforgettable.

The service was just as impressive: attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. The staff made the whole experience feel personal and refined. You can tell the whole team cares about creating something special here.

Raibu Sushi is an absolute gem in a great neighborhood just on north side of Boise! I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again. If you love sushi, this...

Boise’s first and only omakase! It was delicious. One of my favorite dining experiences in Boise. Every course was fresh and tasty, my favorite was the ocean trout. Uni, toro and scallop were also favorites. The service was phenomenal. Staff made us feel welcome and taken care of the entire time. They even gave us extra pieces of fish no charge. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. The ambiance was cheerful and lively it’s pretty noisy, not like the intimate omakase experiences I’ve had before but still very fun. I will absolutely be coming back for special occasions. This is a must...

10/10! Happened to open on my birthday weekend and I feel like it was fate. So delicious and I’m still regretting not trying my friends cod, bc they won’t stop talking about it. But otoro and chutoro being on the menu? Yes please! Also get the cucumbers, you won’t regret it. the decor is...

This new sushi spot offers a whole new experience when it comes to eating sushi, but we decided to go the freestyle route in order everything we wanted instead! Not only do they have some really good sushi. They also offer A-5 Wagyu, which I’m a huge fan of personally! Something really cool that they bring is a Michelin scene trained chef on site to take the experience to the next level Has anyone else checked out the spot yet? ##boise##boiseidaho##eagleidaho##bsu##idaho
