Mixed Greens is all about seeing the beauty in life and if you look hard enough, my friends, it's everywhere! Here you will find all sorts of gems to help you see the humor in life, to chuckle, to say f you to the things that have troubled you, blocked you or even knocked you down. When I think about this store the words humor and empowerment come to mind first.

I found this store to be therapeutic and has something for everyone. I thought about Chanda when I saw the rock and natural stone collection, about Dani with the crude humor greeting cards and wild children books (go the f to sleep!), Yulia with the world travel section, myself in many of the quotes and sayings. There is an adult section with is a little brash (mild for me) and may not be for everyone, but unless you've been living under a rock, this isn't going to offend you.

Here you can get stuff to make your life easier, too. I got a cell phone holder for my bike and it wasn't bad pricing either. Want celebrity candles? You can get em here! (Britney Spears, please!). Want to make someone laugh with a card that is out of the world inappropriate yet totes appropriate? Like to buy local? Here you can get the majority of items from local artists such as jewelry and other goods.

I also got my I (Heart) Boy See sticker for my car. You can get many local stickers here to show what you're into-- the Idaho beauty, the Mountains, coexist and many others as well. I could spend all day in here and I just may when I have more time.

They gift wrap, too. I didn't mention this yet, but most importantly, the people were top notch people with the most excellent, and not fake, customer service skills I've seen in a while. The creative minds of these owners make me smile-- good for you! Wanna be my friend?!? :)~

There are a lot of fun stores downtown but this store takes the cake. Mixed Greens is the ultimate go to place for the perfect gift. They literally everything in this store. You can not not come out of this store empty handed. There are just too many goodies here.

We came here after brunch today. Coming up to the store, they had a couple racks of beautiful succulents on display. I would have loved to purchase all of them but as simple it is to keeping succulents alive, I have a special talent for killing them.

Walking into the store, you are immediately overwhelmed with all the little things everywhere! You don't even know where to being to look at but eventually you'll either go left or right.

We made our way through this fun store. Mixed Greens is a big novelty store for adults! The store is filled with everything you can think of. I loved looking at nick nacks. Everything was just so prettily placed and delicately staged. From cooking utensils to hand held fishing grips to gemstones, it was hard not to touch everything. You can literally spend hours in this store and still miss something. We snagged a couple things for my mother in law for mother's day. It's nice knowing that her gifts didn't come from your everyday store.

If you're looking for a unique gift or a treat for yourself, Mixed Greens is your go to joint to hit up. There's something for everyone in this store...

I went looking for a present for my sister and found the cutest hand towel on a rack in the window. There were no others so the sales girl said she would get it down and have it at the desk for me. I shopped around and was ready before she had it down, so I just waited near her. She turned to me with another sales girl by her and rudely said “I told you I’d have it at the desk!” I just said fine and went to the desk. She then came over with two towels that were similar (one with cats, one with dogs) and starts to wrap up the dog one. I told her I wanted the cat one which was the one that I saw hanging. She was just so rude, so much attitude and eye rolling. Your store has cute things that sell themselves, but your staff is rude and lazy hanging out at the desk scrolling through their phones not engaging...
