Haven’t had Chipotle in over a month and was absolutely ravenous at the thought of my regular Barbacoa burrito with my side of queso for dumping/dipping. As I went to sit down, I was devastated to not see queso, but cheese water in my 4oz cup. My queso was SOO watery (probably a reheat that too much water was used in). I asked for a replacement from the manager but both the main line and Digital Line had watery queso. The manager said that all the queso he had delivered to him was bad like that. I asked if I could get a refund since I paid partially with cash and partially with card. The manager refused and said they don’t do refunds in restaurant pointing me to a hotline number sticker to call while we stood next to the exact register he could’ve offered a refund on. Random note, but the hotline number sticker itself looked like it was about two years old. I then had to spend 15 min on the hotline to get a $2.60 refund. BRUH 🤦♂️. I let the manager know that I don’t think he should knowingly sell the queso if he recognizes that it’s not up to quality standards but he didn’t care at all. He then was openly talking to his employees about me in restaurant. He was a tall white manager with a chefs coat on. Just overall a horrible manager who was not very gang gang or cash money at all. I’d consider replacing him for literally anyone else. When we were finishing up, they were blasting Adele in the kitchen so loud that you could here it in the dining room. It was then that I realized the bad, bad, manager was likely just broken up with by his significant other of 5 years and was just having a bad day taking it out on me. I hope the dish pit Adele will heal his deep emotion scars so that he isn’t a vile human being to his customers anymore.
Also, the portion size of the large chips was only about 3oz but the cashier made it right immediately without question when I asked her for more chips. Hats off to...
Read moreI was there on Saturday, 3/11/23. This was the WORST customer service I have experienced. I also received the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen. I waited over 2 minutes before I asked if I could still order (the store was open for another hour and forty-five minutes) despite an employee literally standing right in front of me. I then waited at the cashier, and there was suddenly no one around to take my payment. There were two other customers, and AT LEAST four other employees that I saw when I walked in. To say the least, this was the absolute worst experience I've had at a Chipotle and that's including last time when two of us placed an order online and neither of our orders were even close to being correct. Literally, NOT one of the ingredients was correct in my order. VERY disappointing Chipotle, you are losing customers! Update: I went back on 8/26/23, and what a circus! There were about four people in line, including the order being made in front of me. Not busy. There was food all over the serving counter, food all over the back counter, and chaos all over as two ppl couldn't work together to refill the food they scoop orders out of. On top of it, they said my member code worked and buy one get one was $24. WHAT??!! That's the original price. A manager was able to fix it after a while, but sheesh, this place is pure chaos and messy food ALL OVER. ...
Read morePosting my review after a recent experience with this location. I frequent this location because it is close to work and am able to order through the app for a seamless pickup experience. The quality of the food is almost always great.
Today however, when I returned home and went to finish my leftover Chipotle I bit into something extremely hard in the food itself. I spit it out, and see two small pieces of black plastic. A few pictures attached for reference. Last week one of my coworkers ordered from this location as well and found a large piece of white plastic as well.
Unfortunately when I went through the app to see what I could do about this the app ended up just giving me a BuyOneGetOne voucher for whenever I choose to go next. That’s great and all, but why do I have to spend more money to get anything out of the inconvenience? Why can’t a simple refund suffice? I am very fortunate I did not crack my tooth on the plastic in my food.
I truly enjoy chipotle, but it is simply unacceptable to have two similar experiences in a two week time period, as well as the app not offering a proper solution to the issue (though that’s not the...
