Today I was treated like garbage at this Dunkin drive thru. My husband had a scheduled surgical procedure scheduled for 8:20am. I put in my order at 7:48am and stopped at the drive thru at approximately 8:02 am. I was told my order was not ready I asked for the ETA and the lady said she did not know it would maybe take 5 minutes. I explained I had an appointment and thats why I ordered ahead. She was rude and said that they had a timer and needed me to pull ahead and park. I asked for a refund and she stated they could not give a refund because it was through a third party(mind you i used the Dunkin’ app). I then (upset) told her that was not my problem and I asked for a refund or not to be parked due to my appointment time and if I ordered ahead it was to have my food ready. She called another rude lady to the window who said I had to park after not parking they gave me my food (which I couldn’t eat after being so upset and fear they would spit in it). They lady then stated “have the day you deserve”. This is so said that these two ladies think that it’s right to talk to a consumer like that a person who spends money so they get paid. Reality check if it were not for customers you would not have a job. Do yourself a favor and get out the kitchen cause you clearly can’t take the heat. Read moreThe manager and staff is very unprofessional. Usually I go there every morning. The manager who she thinks she is perfect and do not make any mistake . But she always miscalculated the amount. I always ignored her mistakes all the time before but today her behavior was unacceptable because she accused me that I didn't pay yesterday. She even didn't know i paid cash she called some girl name Cristina and that girl said that she didn't swipe the credit card. They even didn't know that I don't use card. That manager forced fully told me that I didn't pay. I asked her to check the camera but she was stubborn and refused to check the camera. Her words was ( I AM TELLING YOU THAT YOU DIDN'T PAY) like she has a authority to accused any one if she thinks regardless what the fact is. I am definitely not going there because their unprofessional , rude and disrespected behavior. I want to warn everyone if you go there, always keep eye on what you pay if its cash or credit card. Because every penny make a difference. And I don't want those people to get away with the mistakes they make and disrespect whenever they want. Not a good place to start your day. Read moreDec. 3rd at 2:11 pm will be the last time I go here! Every time that Lady works the drive thru I always get watered down drinks. I typically order a large chia latte, if I order a cold one then its all ice, if I ask for light ice then she charges me a $1.00 more but she just pours a little more milk in. If I order a hot chia it tastes like water and milk, there is No Flavor! Now when the guy works the drive thru (usually late night) my drinks are perfect! Today i decided to try a hot camomile tea, I saw that lady working but I figured this was straight forward and should be fine.... well she shorted me on the tea bag! A large uses 2 tea bags, she only gave 1. I haven't complained all these times and I keep going back because the guy makes everything perfect but after this one minor oversight I decided to go inside and ask. A man told me "yes, you were supposed to get 2, not sure why it was given to you with only 1". I decided not to say anything but rather write this review. I am not alone in this, other people I work with have noticed the same thing. Times are tough but when you ask someone to pay $5, $6, $7 for 1 drink then just make it right! Quit cheating...
