Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bossier City

I was so excited that Jersey Mikes came to Bossier City but the last few times we have ordered our food online it’s been wrong. So frustrating, to have to keep taking our food back because it’s incorrect. Just placed an order tonight and got home and it was wrong again! We asked for pickles and mayo on one of our sandwiches and not only did it not have mayo or pickles it had other things we didn’t ask for, we didn’t bother taking it back. Come on people it only takes one minute to look over an order to make sure it’s correct. I shouldn’t have to come into the store to order just so my food is accurate. If other restaurants in the area can get my order right than so can Jersey Mikes. My sandwich tonight was very disappointing. I believe this is the third strike so I think you Jersey Mikes are out! So, I'm a huge loyal fan of Jersey mike's, and I've eaten at dozens of stores around the US. One of the things that I've always liked about Jersey Mike's is they don't skimp on the meat. That is until I went to the store in Bossier City. The lady making my sandwich put a tiny amount of meat on it. When I complained, she told me that is how she is supposed to make the sandwich. Apparently every other Jersey Mike's I've ever eaten at hasn't gotten the menu that they're supposed to skimp on the meat! I normally like Jersey Mike's, but didn't have a great experience at this location. Buch of kids working tonight. They were more focused on a kid behind me in line, than taking care of my order. Did an awful job wrapping up my sub, then ripped the paper bag trying to force it in, while she talked to the kid in line behind me. Then as we got to the register, the girls working there told the cashier that she wanted to give the kid in line behind me her free drink.
