Complete chaos! Laundry list of reasons this location needs additional training and probably shut down until it's been thoroughly cleaned.

Hostess/waitstaff and management cannot communicate to save their lives. (even with all the problems during this visit there was never a manager visible) They have no concept of and cannot handle reservations. We had to get up from our table to get menus and then again later get up and go get our own silverware Menus and plates for chips & salsa were dirty and in poor condition Approximately 20 minutes passed between the time we received chips & salsa to when our drink order was taken, then another 20 minutes to be served drinks, then another 20 minutes before our food order was taken. Drinks were not refilled unless we asked and with no sense of urgency Ordered a beer at 7 pm during happy hour and someone in my party had to get up and go to the bar to get it 10 minutes before 8 pm when the special was ending because our server/waiter never returned When food was served not everyone at the table received their entrees. Food served more than 10 minutes apart for same couple/ticket. Food was barely warm when served Two people who had skillet entrees were not provided tortillas (which normally are served with the entree) & they had to request them, then wait more than 10 minutes before they were brought Throughout several spots in the restaurant it reeked of either dirty mop water or bus tub water that was so sour it smelled like it hadn't been changed for a week or more. Gagging strong sewage smell in patio area near DJ stage. Fruit flies crawling all over the condiment holders on the table For the entire patio of approx 50+ people there were only two servers/waiters the entire night Staff wasn't friendly, accommodating, apologetic, and had no...

I called and placed an order for Chicken Tortilla Soup. I arrived at the restaurant and I waited shortly for the hostess. After paying for my order I checked my bag to make sure that everything was there. I opened one of the containers and noticed there was barely any cheese in it and it didn't even cover the bottom of the container. I knew this wouldn't be enough for 2 servings of soup. I've previously purchased this dish many times and didn't have this issue. I asked the hostess and she was hesitant about my request. I pointed to the soup and told her that it was a fairly large serving, and I showed her the small amount of cheese. She agreed and then she went to the kitchen to get more. I thanked her for helping with my request. Here's the tricky part once I arrived home and I was fixing my bowl of soup there was potato, squash, cabbage, and carrots. Yummy! The missing ingredient was the chicken!?! At that point, I thought I would need to go back to Nicky's. However, I decided to pour out all of the "vegetable" soup and once I got to the very bottom there were about two tablespoons of shredded chicken. I was very disappointed. In the past, I've had pieces of (not shredded) chicken breast throughout the soup and the chicken was visible as it was supposed to be. I've never had to "look" for the chicken or empty the container for it. Ultimately, I had vegetable soup with a small touch of chicken. Overall, the flavor was good as always. I ordered the Shrimp Alambres. and a bowl of guacamole and water to drink. The music was so loud, several of our party of 30 asked them turn it down as we were trying to hold a meeting and couldn't hear. We were the only ones in the room. (They said they did). They refuse to turn it down any more regardless that several others had continued to ask. It was still too loud to hear the person sitting across from you, not counting on holding a meeting and needing to hear the speaker. I tried to tell them that we had several people with hearing aids and they didn't seem to care. I had to ask two more times for my guacamole before getting it. I also asked 3 times for my beans that was suppose to come with my dinner. (I received the check before I received my beans.) My shrimp was very tough but had good flavor. I received several items on my kabob that I didn't know what they were. I bit into one thinking it was a mushroom just to find out they were dark grilled, sliced lemon ends. Lemon peels are not the best tasting item on a kabob and certainly not editable. I did not receive any bell peppers with my shish-kabob as advertised.
