I would like to start this off by saying the food was fine the cleanliness of that place was also fine but they way the treated me and my disabled daughter is unacceptable. she has a service dog . when we first walked in they told us no dogs allowed we told them it was a service dog. This is when they told us to see any proof that it is in fact a service dog. This was there first mistake of many they should've asked what is the performance of the dog because you never know why someone has a service dog. but none the less I gave them the ID. when I showed them this it was evident they had no clue what is was. this is when things went down hill. They told us to sit at table right next to the entrance separated from other gusts their reasoning was that they "don't want to disturb the other gusts". The table they sat us at was something I'm gonna call a 'dump it table'. It was not prepared for any dining it had random pens, a box for kids stuff on it and crumbs (they did not clean this up for us) literally everything but stuff for gusts. after we sat down one of the waitresses threw us the menus in a very rude manner. they came over about 20min later to ask us what we want. We watched 2 family's of 2 (same as us) be able to eat and leave with no complication. other family's who were there for a shorter amount of time were checked on regularly but not us they avoided us and sped past our table. We got our food about 45min later. We ate than asked for the check. They basically slammed the receipt on the table. We left. This experience stressed out me daughter so much she was sweating. If you have a visible medical issue this is not the place for you. You WILL be discriminated. And so I'm clear the so called "disturbance" no one ever noticed even kids 3 ft away had no clue there...

I’ve been a long time customer since they opened in Revere 20+ years. I moved to Jamaica Plain and would travel there Friday nights for dinner and cocktails. Loved their food because it was always fresh and the staff was friendly and polite. I said my farewell to some workers who retired. I then moved further South (Randolph) and still drove to Revere. I ordered from the No End location which is very out dated. No parking. Rating: BBQ Ribs (6) 5/10 dry, dry, dry! Crab Rangoon 7/10 filling wasn’t same recipe Wings 8/10 because I like them well done. My family didn’t like that they were so well done. Calamari (sweet/salty/spicy) 1/10 Overcooked rings and no tentacles. Made with just pepper flakes no sweet/salty. Edamame/Spicy 1/10 - dry. It’s normally made in a dark sauce. Chicken fingers 7/10 because you really can’t screw this up. Pork fried rice 4/10. It was mushy. It had bean sprouts, carrots, peas and onions which you don’t get at a lot of places. But the mushy ruined it.

Overall disappointed in quality of food for the price ($103). It’s too bad because Billy Tse took pride in the way his restaurant functioned. Will not be going back to the North End but will give Revere a try since I haven’t been there...

This will be the first & the last time I’ll ever order from Billy Tse. I ordered a whole Peking duck togo & asked for extra pancakes & cucumbers & scallions. I got a call 5 minutes later from the restaurant letting me know that they can only add an up charge for the pancakes & the max that Uber eats can charge for an up charge is $4. They won’t be able to give me both cucumbers and scallions because they can’t charge me for it... i even told them I’ll Venmo them. The fact that i ordered a whole duck and they couldn’t even provide a good amount of fixings that normally comes with a Peking duck is shameful. Do they value their customers and customer satisfaction? Or do they worry more about saving a little $ on some garnishes? I told them at the end of the day it’s up to the restaurant if they decide to throw in a few extra sauces not up to Uber eats, and the lady on the phone said no it’s Uber eats, listen i work in a restaurant as well and i...

Typical Chinese restaurant in North End that serves huge portion menus of mediocre quality. Got a delivery of the pu pu platter, roasted duck, fried rice, and some angel hair noodles. I was impressed with the portion size of the pu pu the platter which was essentially a combination of all the appetizers. Out of these, my favorites were the roasted pork, crab rangoon, and the chicken fingers. Others were just average, but it was still worth its price tag. Roasted pork fried rice and the angel hair noodles were also not too bad but unremarkable. Great for people looking for big portions of Chinese food, but the overall quality might be a bit disappointing.

The Combination Fried Rice, IMO is an old school style rice that’s hard to find in most states. The visual appeal of the rice is 5 stars. The flavor profile is 4 - 4.5 (texture was pretty good between the bean sprouts and the BBQ pork). Customer service for us was ‘meh’. It was moderately cold outside so they had the heater piped up to scorch mode. 3 stars for both of those. Ordered the California roll (1 star). I would eat here again purely based on the egg rolls and fried rice. I’m confident the customer would improve if you vocalized it. I chose this place for the rice and egg roll (was not disappointed).

i ordered the “tuna poke” for takeout, and keep in mind this costed $18. i am so disappointed and shocked by the portion size. the box is only a little bigger than a post it note!!! there are many other restaurants that offer a full size poke bowl for $15. this is actually crazy i cannot believe i paid this much for something the size of an appetizer. it sucks because the flavor was quite good, though a bit heavy on the onions. i shouldve known just from looking at the menu when i saw they were selling single sushi rolls for $20.
