Well, I guess these Cafes' are, somewhat of a relatively new franchise/chain, perhaps only located on the East coast. Never heard of them on the west coast before. Quite possibly, trying to copy the enormous materialistic conglomerate of Star "Bucks". And, also of, many smaller privately owned real Cafes', of true Italiano/French decent. Anyways, aside from the small-minded materialistic intentions of most modern places, these days. It does do an excellent job, in recreating, a rustic Italian atmosphere, with decor, lighting and furnishings. Even an awesome centered fireplace🔥 🤙🤙🤙😎 Really cool or Hot, which ever is your preference. Unfortunately, only a couple of real Italian pastries, cannolis and somewhat of a tiramisu. But no Neapolitans the absolutely most delicious pastries. And, it's great that they have music, in the background. However, the selection, could be far better 🎶🎶🎶🎼🍜🍜🍜 Anyways, Cheers and enjoy. 🤙🤙🤙🧞‍♂️

I actually enjoyed this place. Pretty nice folks Behind the counter. We were working around the corner and walked here for lunch. the menu isnt over whelming, pretty straight forward. The monster burgers were great and pretty big and grilled to perfection i gotta say, and it came with fries! They cook it fresh. So its not your typical McDonald's these guys do it right! I got the green monster burger... shouldve took a pic before i started wolfen it down. Sorry guys but i posted it anyway... my buddy got the vampire burger he got it medium rare. I got mine well done. And it still had a bit of pink in the middle. Which to me was just Right... and i mean that in the steak kind of way. Get your head out the gutter fellas lol... anywas. Great place. Would love to come back if we're near by!... oh and they got gansta wraps lmao =)

Even though I frequent this place all the time--mostly bc they're the closest coffee shop to me and open the latest: 9PM--It's honestly just average. Coffee is okay food is overpriced. Service, however is always great though. All the baristas are pleasant even when slammed and I love the diversity of staff! Also, I can't get over the fact that they don't serve their "for here" mugs with a saucer. Like I cannot even get to the milk station needless to say my seat without making a mess. Like this doesn't make sense. No I don't drink my hot coffee with a straw. They didn't have stirrers, it was super busy, felt bad asking, so I grabbed a straw. Thanks for using paper straws!!

In June 2016, the Caffè Nero Group completed the purchase of the Harris + Hoole business from Tesco, with 43 sites, and in January 2019 the Group expanded further by completing the purchase of the majority shareholding of the 100-strong coffee chain Coffee#1 located in Wales, South West England and the Midlands from SA Brains. The deal gave Caffe Nero a 67% majority stake in the business; in February 2022, Caffe Nero purchased the remaining 33%. In 2019 they partnered with the beverage company Fever-Tree to sell two variations of the beverage espresso and tonic across its outlets. In 2020, like many businesses in the hospitality sector, Caffè Nero suffered from poor trading conditions because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the second lockdown in November 2020, the company proposed entering a company voluntary arrangement (CVA) with its creditors. Ford hoped that successful renegotiation of rent agreements with landlords, and a reduction in overall costs, would enable the company to rebuild its business when the pandemic ended; more than 90% of creditors voted in favour in November 2020. The CVA was approved the day after Caffè Nero confirmed it had rejected an unsolicited takeover approach from the brothers Mohsin and Zuber Issa, who are behind the EG Group, stating that they had "clear intention" to disrupt the CVA "as a precursor to opportunistically acquiring the company at a later date." In September 2021, the high court dismissed the challenge against the CVA, brought by a landlord with the backing of the Issa brothers, with Mr Justice Green ruling that the company had "acted in good faith, in accordance with their professional duties and reached a perfectly reasonable decision that it was not in the best interests of the creditors to postpone the CVA process". In January 2022, Caffè Nero completed a £330m refinancing to give it a platform for future growth and development as well as the ability to resume its new store-opening programme as the business continued its recovery from the effects of the pandemic. In August 2022, Caffè Nero was awarded a Princess Royal Award For Outstanding Workplace Training in recognition of the impact of its workplace leader development courses. In May 2023 it was announced that Caffè Nero would run the Nero Book Awards, annual awards in four categories for books published in...

Like many people, I like my coffee in a very particular way. I can't handle caffeine very well anymore and I like my coffee strong. I ordered 3 shots of espresso (2 decafe and 1 regular) over ice with the intent of adding some cream after the drink was presented to me. This is where it went off the rails.

They rang it up as $7.70, I was was tired that day and did not note the error. The barista started to make the shots and put each one in its own shot cup with a lid and ice. I said "can I get it in a single cup?". A woman came out of the back of the store and shouted "No! Your just gonna go over there and make an iced latte!". I was like what? Then she repeated her statement. I said "How much is an iced latte?", she said "$4.30". I responded "I paid $7.70 for those 3 shots and you are worried I am going to make a less expensive drink with it?". She responded "I am not gonna let you make a latte!". She was incensed.

They gave me my 3 shots and I will never return. Unfortunate because the coffee is...
