Food was great dont get me wrong but the customer service here was horrible. I will never again step foot in this place. They cater more to the men than anything else and the women waiters are so rude. We we're waiting to be seated and they were just looking at us from the counter very annoyed. After a wait, we decided to just sit ourselves at a table where they came and told it was reserved, mind you there was barely anyone there and it wasn't club hours yet. I haven’t been there yet therefore do not take my rating as a rating since I haven’t gone. I wanted to express why do you charge to get in I have gone to good Dominican and other Latin restaurants and Irish restaurants and they do not charge to enter in addition they have Karaoke and live music. You all should remove the entrance fee that is ridiculous! When the fee is removed I will visit and eat at your expensive menu selection. Tried this place for lunch one day.took the food to go. I didn't expect much given the neighborhood. Inside was clean . The person who took my order was pleasant. When our food was ready" orders for 3 people by the way". The bag felt like it had weights in it. I thought I might haven gotten the wrong order . It was what I had ordered and lots of it.
