Great Wok Restaurants — Restaurant in Boston

DO NOT EAT HERE the food was all burnt (as you can see from the pictures). you could barely break apart the crab rangoons, and you could tell everything had been deep fried and rushed (and therefore burned). LOOK AT THE PICS of what are supposed to be teriyaki sticks, burnt chicken with barely any chicken in it, and we used Uber eats and they even gave us $13 discount because the restaurant was so late in in producing the order. We work at a hospital and we were looking forward to splurging on Chinese food. they make you pay for every little tiny sauce or anything else, they don't even give you a couple to go with your order. Nothing comes with rice so I splurged and ordered the house rice, which had no taste but giant pieces of ham and some other stuff in it . I threw the entire thing away as it was literally unedible. I haven't had time until now to write the review and attach the pictures but do DO NOT EAT HERE I rarely slam and establishment because this is their livelihood, but I can't find one good thing to say about this place. they owe us a meal as I paid $42 for me and my 2 co-workers, ( don't even get me started on why the Uber driver couldn't find a giant Hospital front entrance)🤐 *if this restaurant has any self-respect it will contact me and offer me another meal. this time perhaps don't burn it to a crisp. This is a beautiful Christmas Day except the thing happened this afternoon(16:47PM) at this "great work". All the old man charged from my debit card is $17.70. (All I ordered for take-out were 5.25+7.95=$13.20) So the money is far beyond of my mind even plus the tax. When I found this mistake I asked him and wish him return the money back but he insisted that he can not. I asked why not and then suggested he could return cash to me and he agreed. He promised return 2.50 to me but just gave 2.25 and said it's enough... I did not want to argue with him at Christmas Day but it is an uncomfortable thing and a pity. I am giving a rating of one star due to this restaurant false advertisement and lack of notification. They changed their chicken wings for the dinner meals without notification, but they did not decrease their price! The dinner comes with chicken wings not chicken wing dings extra small in size (4 small pieces). I have ordered from this restaurant many times, the same three items, so I know the product. Shame on You! If you’re decreasing the product, decrease your prices too. You are now serving a lesser amount, so notify your customers and how about changing your price to accommodate what you are actually selling. So...
