KFC — Restaurant in Boston

Okay I've been writing and erasing what do I want to say about KFC so here it goes I love KFC the only thing that I experienced yesterday was that the store needs an upgrade or however they call it a makeover I pay for my food got a receipt with a number 1529 I waited for my food as I waited it took over 20 minutes. I have experience of working in a fast-food store I used to work at McDonald's next to the children's museum it's no longer there but when you have a lot of people coming at once in the store it's not easy I know about the rules how long the food should stay on the containers warmers and this case the food don't need no time because the food is going too fast so this store is losing customers but the parking lot is bigger than the store and it's a definitely a makeover do not lose this store location. KFC I appreciate this is my first time expressing myself about a fast food store is because KFC is one of the longest that I could remember I used to go with my mother she used to take me to KFC in Cambridge between Davis Square and Alewife if the KFC company read this please take my advice keep this doors open make it better sincerely your...

I am a disabled veteran of the US Army with 3 Teenage daughters and two days ago I was denied the right to buy food and use their bathroom yes I offered to even buy food but me and another lady of African-American decent were racially and Genderly discriminated against and I was also trying to use their free public restroom and got denied more than twice even when I tried to buy food before and after. Even God Salem and the Universe wouldn't allow that and they choose who they want to serve and or help meaning that of certain people and even a shift leader /manager was on and I got told to go away Food and would never deny nor would Jesus Christ Deny someone the ability to use a bathroom or the right to choose to buy food before and or after using a restroom. And a lot of people like to pee on their wall next to 7Eleven. This KFC violated ADA, and even Gender laws and because of their actions their lucky I didn't end...

Went to this KFC and noticed all new staff. After ordering I witnessed my side of biscuits fall off the counter. The young man picked up the container and proceeded to place in the bag.

I immediately told him if that was my order I don't want those biscuits because they fell on the floor.

The young man said it wasn't and stapled the bag and brought to the back out of site. Now I was waiting a bit and watched 5 orders go while I waited.

I then see him come back with the food without the bag and place in a plastic bag. I asked for a refund.

How dare KFC play with people's food like that? The manager asked if he dropped the biscuits and out of view the young man said yes.

Manager processed my refund but was not apologetic. This is poor service all the way around. No thanks, I'll...
