Noble Castella — Restaurant in Boston

I loved this place! I went there yesterday after seeing their infamous bear cups gain a little bit of traction from a tiktok video. Upon my arrival I was immediately welcomed by the owner with a smile, and such a bright aura and warm, inviting presence. I was there for honestly a good 20 mins chatting it up with her and asking for recommendations etc. She made me a cherry blossom latte, because i’m not a boba fan and for someone who is very picky I enjoyed it a lot. I also ordered the ube cupcake along with the nutella croissant which were both delicious as well. I hope this place gets the recognition it deserves, especially for being a new place. We got a piece of Ube Cheescake, an Ube Boba, and Hot Shakerato. I was watching the worker behind the counter and saw them scoop what looked like instant coffee into the mixer. I thought to myself…that can’t be. Oh, it was…I was served instant iced coffee with milk mixed in, in downtown Boston with a Gracenote coffee right next to them, for $6! The Ube Cheesecake didn’t taste like cheesecake or Ube and the Ube Boba was far too sweet.
