The restaurant was empty when my partner and I arrived, so we decided to pass on the table we reserved to sit at the bar. First impression was that this place is gorgeous. Attention to detail in design did not go unnoticed. We wanted to try all the things so we decided to split a bunch of items. First up: Lobster Turnover. Came out looking beautiful. Unfortunately it wasn't cooked enough so the croissant was difficult to cut through, and the mascarpone was cold. Next up with the Chicken Soup and the Fresh Vegetable Salad. The salad was excellent. The soup was not hot, but the flavors of the rotisserie drippings were all there. I'm sure it would have been amazing . We did mention to the bartender that the soup wasn't hot, and she took care of it for us This wasn't the point of us mentioning it, but a nice gesture. 3rd course: Lemon Pepper Chicken (you gotta get a chicken from the rotisserie place right?). Chicken was perfect! Crispy skin, juicy 1/4 chicken with the bones in. The mascarpone whipped potatoes were an awesome accompaniment as well. We also tried the Wagyu Meatball Pappardelle. Great seasoning in the meatballs, and the pasta tasted like a fresh made one. Will be back to give it another shot. The bartender was great, although we didn't get her name (glasses...

Amber Road is truly an amazing experience in the heart of Boston! From the moment you step in, you're greeted in a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring every visit is personalized and seamless.

Now, let's talk about the food - simply the best! Each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with flavors. Whether you're enjoying their perfectly seared scallops, or their signature Amber Road burger, or delighting in their decadent desserts, every bite is a journey of culinary delight.

The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the presentation to the quality of ingredients. And don't even get me started on the cocktails - expertly crafted and deliciously unique.

Amber Road isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to a night out, this place never disappoints. Trust me, once you dine here, you'll be counting down the days until...

We live in the north end and while we love Italian food, we wanted to venture to another neighborhood. I’m so glad we did! Everything about our experience was awesome! We had the crab avocado toast, lemon pepper chicken and tuna tacos. All fresh and full of flavor. Mason, the host, was great but our waiter Jason was exceptional! It was like dining at a good friends house who could cook! I did want to address other posters comments about the amount of people, or lack there of, on a weekend. This restaurant is located in the financial district and not easy to find, even for a local. Anyone who’s traveled to a major city would know that the financial districts are hopping during the week but tend to be quieter on the weekends. Don’t base your opinion of the restaurant on...

My friend and I made reservations for an earlier dinner on Friday. The lobster turnover was memorably delicious-- it's basically lobster on a croissant with a buttery remoulade. We also got the crab and avocado toast, which was yum but not as much of a standout as the lobster turnover. We also shared the black garlic truffle roasted chicken. The chicken was decent/average, but the sauce and mushrooms brought this up a notch. We also dipped the chicken in the lobster turnover sauce. After our waitress let us sample 4 different wines, we decided on a bottle of Chablis to wash everything down. Our waitress was friendly and service was perfectly fine, although it wasn't busy that night. The ceiling had these cool metal sculptures with working fans.

The definition of a Hidden Gem! We loved almost everything about Amber Road. Ambiance is cute, although acoustics were a bit loud. Service from Ashlie was outstanding. She offered suggestions and was attentive throughout the meal, even though she was pretty busy. The food was really great, and we enjoyed everything we got. The lobster turnover was my favorite thing during the whole of this trip to Boston, and I will be thinking then when we get home. Black Truffle Chicken was also really delicious, too! Excellent drinks and a limited but thoughtful slate of wines by the glass. I already recommended it to a friend who was looking for a spot to dine this evening, and I would tell anyone to get in for outstanding food!

The new place to be in the heart of Downtown Boston! Was there for the first time yesterday night and everything was perfect. Make sure you try the Aperol Spritz drink with the champagne split and their espresso martini. For food I tried their chicken platter (the best) and the table split pizzas (all of them are perfect). Try the tuna tacos for light yet generous starter. Oh and they have a spacious outdoor patio to top it off!!!! Perfect for a business lunch and a romantic dinner.
