When I got there for my order, when I had placed ahead of time, I was told they were out of their smash fries, and they attempted to upsell me another type of fry at full cost. It would be one thing to not have one of your primary side dishes in stock at all, but attempting to upsell another side dish that costs twice as much without saying that up front wasted my time and the fry cooks time. So out the gate service was terrible.

My burger itself was placed in its bag sideways, seemingly with enough force to smash it against the bottom of the bag. That might sound like a petty complaint, but when the burger is as sauce heavy and juicy as this one was, the sideways smash-placement resulted in a ruined bun and a pile of saucy toppings dislodged from the burger. This made it impossible to judge the burger as a dish fairly, because the bun was ruined, the patties were by themselves in the bag and the rest of the toppings were one greasy, soggy bite. I had to devour rather than enjoy just to keep everything from getting covered in condiment grease.

As a man who loves burgers, every step of my burger experience here was awful today and I will not only never return, but will actively steer people away from eating here. At every level this placed lacked the craftsmanship its price point would indicate. You can get a better prepared burger anywhere else, one that comes with side dishes you order and isnt smashed into the bottom of the...

Great place to grab a burger in the the Financial District/Post Office Square. The burgers themselves seem to be of great quality, better than most of the bars in the general area for sure. The bun comes lightly toasted and they have a few varieties to choose from. I have had the Jam Session which I thought was good, but not great. It came with a bacon and onion jam spread and cheddar cheese, I just didn't find this one all that flavorful. On my next visit I went for the Wheelhouse burger and for under $8 I was treated to a tasty, but a little messy, burger. There isn't much room to sit in here and they don't offer plates so plan on taking your burger to go. I was the packaging was a little better on these burgers, if you eat this at your desk be sure to...

Treated to breakfast here after I beat a coworker in a Fantasy Football tilt. Stopped in on a Friday morning, around 930am. No wait, and the counter staff was attentive and helpful.

I went with the coffee-crusted burger breakfast sandwich. Perfect way to kick off the weekend. I also opted for one of their signature hashbrowns/homefries, which were tasty but had chilled somewhat by the time we got back to the office.

Overall a great experience, albeit significantly expensive.

And be sure to validate your order before you leave; we were originally sent packing sans hashbrowns/homefries. Good thing we checked before we left.

PS......loved the Wu-Tang playing while we were waiting for our order....

Went for a quick breakfast and the food look as it was just thrown together and this was after I was handed the increase order. The menu doesn’t specify how many of each item come with the order the Nash has brown are just two frozen has patties with some seasoning pulled up on some side. The hash brown were not tossed and only 2 came with the order for close to over $5 this place needs to work on putting a little more effort into the creation of the order and be transparent with the # of items include in sides and Meals

Absolutely the best hamburger in Boston. Modestly priced and great service. Their hamburgers that taste like it was fired off your own grill. Wheelhouse serves a great spicy breakfast rice and several other breakfast items. If you like hamburgers - this is a must stop. The interior is small and has room for about 6 people to pull up to a bar window seat. They are located 3 blocks from Quincy Market or South Station near Post Office Square. 10 stars would be more appropriate.

Warm place to eat a great breakfast. I ordered a NOLA Sandwich (?), Which came with a fried egg, sausage, spice and the bread was good, the only thing that I didn't like was the size, too small. The coffee here was great, and I mean I don't even usually drink black but this was taste it coffee which I really enjoyed. The service was very fast and efficient. Definitely recommend it.
