A great boba spot in Boston!

The staff here was super helpful in helping me customize my drink. I wanted a not-too-sweet milk tea with brown sugar boba (bsb). While the fresh milk bsb drink doesn’t have an adjustable sugar level, the worker guided me to order the Ten One Milk Tea, adjust the sugar to my preference, and then add bsb. It was perfect—exactly what I was looking for.

Both the tea and bsb flavors were great. The boba was qq and had that intrinsic brown sugar flavor. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the boba were stuck together. Also, there’s no seating options inside.

Other than that, I was very impressed with the clean interior, free tea samples, and the cute insulated carrier bag (only 25 cents!).

Overall, I’ll be back...

this establishment is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a boba serving restaurant. firstly, they had one person working and had terrible customer service. they had the heat blasting making my girlfriend literally fall to the floor from how hot is was from waiting. the drink they actually served was absolutely horrendous and is one of the worst boba drinks ive had in the city. if i were somebody else, i would never bring myself or anyone else to this place for boba whatsoever....

Amazing place! As soon as you step inside, the smell of tea brewing washes over you. I can’t describe how good it smells! I ordered a brown sugar fresh milk tea and my aunt ordered a hot honey rose tea. We both loved our drinks! I also ordered a Nutella cronut, which was warm and freshly made.
