Pros: Extremely quick service, I was in and out in 2 minutes during weekday lunch rush. Portion size is also great and you get an option of a piece of bread at the register (which is really just a piece of pizza dough, but I appreciated that it was free).
Cons: The food was not so great. While I like mine al dente, this pasta was a bit undercooked. I had high hopes for the eggplant parmigiana, but it was just a mushy mess of breadcrumbs - unseasoned, it seems, because the only seasoning I could taste was salt. I couldn't taste the eggplant at all. The sauce was nothing special, a bit on the bland side as well.
Will probably not come back except perhaps to try a sandwich. I feel pretty let down considering the good things I've heard...

I just ordered from Viga for lunch. There was a mixup on the sandwiches - I got back to my desk and realized I had a buffalo chicken instead of eggplant parm. This would be ok for almost any other sandwich, but I don’t like buffalo flavoring at all.
I called them and they delivered a new sandwich within 15 mins. This was particularly appreciated as I didn’t have time to go back and pick it up. They also threw in a brownie which I didn’t need but will enjoy nevertheless.
