Lobster Delights in Boston: A Culinary Adventure

So this is my first time in Boston and I never thought I would advance this far in the east coast. I travel and ate at the most beautiful but tasty ramen restaurant in the world. Plus, I'd make my own ramen as well. But tonight in June 18th 2021, was looking for something good to eat and wanted to trying the waku waku vegetarian ramen but here is a bonus, I have the Yaki Hakko as well. You guy know I'm all about my Vegan and some pescatarian foods. I normally do not eat fish but I must’ve tried this to help people understand how good this place is or not. Yes, I put myself at risk but I don’t get that sick when eating fish and the last time was 3 years ago. Oh wow, the dish came with a nice roasted lemon that you use to squeeze that lemon flavor onto Yaki Hakko. Oh by the way, almost 8 years ago I got into a car accident and lost my sense of smell and taste therefore, I let my stomach do the talking. Very nicely cooked, well balance and nice touch of salt and pepper “ too much salt and pepper make my throat dry if that means sense. This is how I figure things out without a sense of smell and taste. Now, let’s talk about that Ramen shall we? The bowl was a nice size potion and the Ingredients Was perfect potion and ramen was cooked to perfection. The broth was spice well and not over powering but had the right about of heat and flavor to the broth. The spicy, I can feel it going down the chest and to my stomach, and hit the panda magic spot. But there is one thing I wish I had and that was the employee Waku Waku Work Tee’s. Oh my Panda, you guys know I’m a Collector of the restaurants merch that I’d eat and I recommend. Too bad they don’t sell it but I try to get the manager or the owner to sell me one but he did not have any - so sad. But next time. Guys you must go and try the food. There will be a wait time of you do come. It was so busy that I was patiently waited for 24 minutes and yes, I did time this wait time. Well worth the wait. I’m typing this one my iPhone so I’d there is misspelling, I’m so sorry But enjoy your meal everyone and let me know how was your experience at Waku Waku,

Eye catching red and black front on the sidewalk on a sketchy neighborhood. The two color theme continues inside, with the addition of a puzzling glittery gold wall border edging the ceiling. The fake sakura tree from a distance looked like a silver Christmas tree, in small soace where West did not quite meet East. Two young smiling waitresses added to the casual vibes. First time I spotted a vegetarian dumpling offering on a menu, which felt to me loke answered prayers. Ordered the steam version which came to the table before I could open my napkin. Speediness at the expense of hot temperature and not fully cooked, the dough showing unappetizing blistering texture on the surface. I pointed out to my friendly server that the edges around the fold were undercooked but just got an empty smile. The dumplings were followed by a vegetarian ramen which was on the greasy side, and had some considerable heat which I was not expecting. But it was tasty though it did not feel healthy. The sturdy bowl it was served on, was actual stoneware which felt like the right choice, rather than flimsy plastic which seems to be ubiquitous nowadays. Maybe there was a dessert offering which looked like fried dough on the photo. I could have used some green tea ice cream. The prices were affordable which attracted a very young crowd that likes their background music loud and trendy, and they were not disappointed.

Had the worst experience coming here! I had emailed the place days before and was told they do not make reservations you simply come in I explained we were a group of 8 and were traveling in from far out since this was the place my daughter wanted to go for her bday. They did not reply to my second email in regards to the large group I decided to call. I was told no reservations are made I explained that my reason for wanting a reservation is that we were traveling a long way it was my 13 year old bday I said can I walk in with 8 people? and be seated? they assured me I would be and should have no issues. Unfortunately that was not the case they said the wait was 45 minutes great we waited outside in the freezing cold we go back in almost an hour later and was told we could be seated but in different tables which defeated the bday outing with our family they said it was hard to sit a large group. I showed her the email and call and said that this is what we were trying to prevent they kept insisting well if your daughter really wants to eat here you'll have to sit apart! I said why did you put us on the list and we waited and hour if you don't put tables together!? Each table is for 2-4 people max if they would have been honest we would NOT have drove hours to be turned away I did everything in my power to get the right info it was disgusting on their part they could care less it was disgusting but on a good note the restaurant across the street was AMAZING I won't put the restaurants name because my purpose wasn't to hurt anyone's business but your lack of customer service is disgusting YOU CAN'T SERVICE LARGE GROUPS JUST SAY IT WE WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS my daughter was so sad and upset thanks for ruining the only thing...

I typically don’t like posting negative reviews- this was just such a disappointing lunch experience. We have been seeking ramen with a vengeance lately, and by reviews this place seemed to be worth making a destination visit to. We’ve had expectations set by several authentic ramen restaurants in New England, and were really hoping to add this to our revolving list. Easy to find, and super busy(thinking that meant it’s popular for the right reasons)- we had high hopes that this was going to be a great experience. First ordering a hot tea- it would go nicely with a single digit degree cold day- it arrived lukewarm- so much so that I could sip immediately. Ok, perhaps that’s my preference, and chalked it up to that. Ordered gyoza- pork dumplings and they came deep fried out of a fryer - crispy yet somehow not that hot? Perhaps we’ve just been lucky with our choices before, but these weren’t hot, and honestly tasted as if they came out of a freezer bag. Ok, we’ll keep going…. Pork buns are a favorite of ours, and I also decided to try the duck buns. Neither were served hot-the pork was lukewarm and in fact the duck(with a quartered strawberry on top????) were served cold. The buns were also cold- and again perhaps we’ve been lucky that we’ve always had them steamed and warm at the very least. Not tasty at all. Next up our Ramen Bowls- again came lukewarm- all the normal components and spice level was good, that’s about the most complimentary thing I can say about them. We tried a few bites of everything, but ultimately after dissapointing appetizers, and nearly cold ramen- we had to simply pay and leave. We won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend. Just felt...
