Shopping hard at Goodwill, we got a hankering for something zesty.

The meals here were filling. But each of us would have enjoyed more protein. I ordered the Gurkhas Chili Noodle with a level 3 spice, but the server strongly suggested I take a 2 out of 4. My spice tolerance is higher than the average white male, but I took his suggestion and went with a 2. Turns out a 2 is a legit medium. I’ll go 3 next time.

Interestingly, the Dahl soup at level 3 was comparable to the noodle dish at a level 2.

Novia ordered the Coco Curry, dairy free and mild, with brown rice and a side of steamed veggies. I’ve only ever seen her order Tikka Masala so I was startled at the food choice. She loved it! Lots of GF options.

The coconut juice is yummy. You should get some.

Prices are reasonable for Boulder, and there’s no alcohol on the menu so it keeps things good and cheap.

The service was outstanding, you felt like you were eating in a family restaurant where they were interested in getting to know you. When our bill came, the square reader showed our entire order itemized, not a random total, which was refreshing.

We’ll definitely be back. Probably too much. Can you send money for coconut juice? Asking for a friend.

We visted Boulder, Colorado last week. We searched for Nepali Restaurant in Boulder. We found Gurkhas Dumpling And Curry House near by us. I want to share my Food Experience with Y'all. We ordered Lamp Bhutuwa, Chilli Momo, Regular Dumpling Bowl, and Biryani worth about $75. This was the worst Nepali Food and Worst Nepali Restaurant We ever experienced in US. Everything was literally raw, nasty, uncooked, and cold. We did To-Go for our order that Evening. We even couldn't eat any of the food that night. We had our mother with us. She even couldn't eat anything from that food. It was too late to call that night to the restaurant. I called the next day, but they were closed at that time. I will never and ever recommend any of my friends and Families to that Restaurant. I have the receipt and pictures of that food if the Owner or Cookmen wanna see if incase. I don't know about others but we had worst experience with the food that night from Gurkhas Dumpling And Curry...

I can’t explain how pleased I am with this perfect restaurant. When my family and I entered, the waitress did her best to make us feel comfortable by moving tables and chairs to our liking- even trying to fix the slight unstableness in the table. Then when we were ordering, she was able answer any questions we had. The food came super quick and was hot and fresh. Each dish tasted unique and delicious. The flavors of the sauces, curries, noodles, and even white rice were so delicious that we ordered two extra plates to try. Every plate that we ordered was completely finished within 4 minutes because we all couldn’t get enough of the tastes and foods that we ordered.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food proportions were more than expected, and the flavors were all unique and the most delicious flavors I have ever tasted in my entire life. 5 starts can not show how much I love this restaurant and its friendly staff and amazing food.
