Pretty disappointed in the staff at this location. I’m a local to the neighborhood so I try to support the company frequently but my recent visit is making think differently. I normally overlook & am understanding of mishaps like the phone being down or the staff always playing music ridiculous loud & really crazy EDM but this visit was just too much. I’m prone to headaches so I call ahead to try avoid the noise. Well I called ahead today, arrived on time & paid for my meal. I waited for 10 minutes just for the staff to realize it was already made and no one handed it to me. The staff was completely unapologetic. Normally I’m very understanding but i left with a headache from the blaring music and cold food. Both could have been avoided, I understand mistakes but a simple ‘I’m sorry’ or ‘our apologies’ goes a long way. I wouldn’t have writen a review if the staff showed some understanding.
Also they forgot the guac that I was charged for.
Since I’m already writing a review it should be noted this location does not have a handicap parking space. It does have a slight entrance ramp but no arm rail for the entrance. The bathroom is inaccessible if you can’t use stairs. This location is not very disability friendly to wheelchair users or people with sensory issues.
Edit: I see multiple people have complained about the music, well here’s an update: nothing’s been done about it it’s still just as bad if not worst then before. Seems like if they turned the music down a bit the staff could focus on their communication instead.

Read moreFinally went to try here. Tiny place. If COVID wasn’t going on, I would eat outside on one of the six benches. Because the walk in is closed due to the health crisis, signs say you can order by phone or DoorDash. I did phone but since they will take your credit card information, best to use DoorDash for pickup. There is no on site parking so you will have to find somewhere to park and then go there to get your order. I got the regular snarfburger. Tasty but not that big for $5 but I liked the nice char on the burger. Ordered the onion rings. Not bad. Had a hand dipped salt and pepper flavor and texture. You can get a number of extra toppings for extra cost. I can see me ordering some of the other sandwiches to try.
An update - there is on site parking. Must have been blind or something but there is only a few spots. If no parking and you are just picking up, there is a CU parking lot just a minute walk from there so a quick in and out and you probably won’t get a parking ticket. I have had more of their special burgers. All very good. The most interesting one was the baloney burger with a thick slice grilled and added to the burger. baloney being what it is kept sliding out with every bite but still good and different. The walk in is now open must have mask. Pick up is in there as well.

Ordered a delivery on the snarfs app. Confirmed, said it would be ready in 55-60 minutes. 85 minutes later I got a text that they had cancelled the order. No info given as to why or whether my money had been refunded (food, delivery charge, 20% tip). Called them multiple times but they didn’t answer. Drove down to see what happened and if I had been charged (my Amex app showed the charge but no refund). Told the guy I’d been waiting 85 minutes for something that was supposed to take 60 and then it was cancelled at the last minute. He said it was door dash’s fault. He said they were out of veggie burgers. I told him I ordered through the snarfs app, which has nothing to do with door dash and is built to know what items are out of stock so it shouldn’t be a surprise. Oh well we’ve been doing $500 hours all night why are you so upset? I don’t care how much business you’ve been doing why didn’t you just call me and tell me and tell me you were out of veggie burgers? I don’t have your phone number!
