(original, June 2022): You can't order online and pick up in the drive thru. You have to go inside the store to pick up a mobile order. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes for my food to be ready that I ordered ahead. Staff was not attentive or polite. Would not recommend. 1 star.
Edit: thanks for the reply below, I left feedback on that website. Adjusted review to 2 stars. Still wouldn't recommend. (The food tastes good, but the service and experience is very poor at the moment)
Also, the mobile app does not show any coupons in the Deals section. I received an email for a "free roast beef sandwich with purchase" but it did not appear in the app.
Edit 2: store owner's reply disappeared? They shared a link with me to leave feedback, which I did and at the end it said an associate would be reaching out to me. That hasn't happened yet. Back to 1 star.
Edit 3: July 2022, Arby's corporate customer service mailed me two gift certificates, each for a free small meal combo. I appreciate their attention and ability to make it right. As of now I still don't know if you can pick up an online order in the drive thru however. Read moreExtremely disappointed in the quality of the food. I decided to try the fish strips. Absolutely disgusting. And I thought tartar sauce always came with fish. On the receipt it says tartar sauce but there was no tartar sauce in the bag. Maybe if I had tartar sauce it would have tasted better oh wait that's right I used the tartar sauce in my fridge because they didn't give me any. Also I wanted the crinkle fries I got curly fries. Also ordered two medium curly fries and only got one. So I got ripped off $2.59. I also ordered a roast beef classic as a backup in case I didn't like the fish. I'm kind of glad I did but then again I'm not. The bun was absolutely disgusting hard and extremely dense. I felt like I was chewing through my arm. I know sounds disgusting but that's what it came across to as to what I was doing. Also the bun was cold very cold. I am really really sorry I went to this particular Arby's. Ever since the remodel, I have not been able to go to this location without them either forgetting food, getting the order wrong, or any other irritation. This has happened four times in a row, and tonight they used the excuse of the speaker being the problem. While I could forgive a horrible speaker, that is when you confirm the order at the window...or when you repeat something to me over the speaker, and still mess up, than it isn't the speaker's fault, but the idiotic employee's. For example, my husband can't have sauces on his sandwich, so I mentioned it. The employee repeated the lack of sauce...and guess what. There was sauce on it.
