Wings were delicious. I ordered 3 different flavors and each were good. I had hot buffalo, hot jamaican jerk, and Thai chili. My least favorite was the jerk as they were a bit salty and I almost started using the blue cheese to overcome the salt. Hot buffalo were delicious and the Thai chili were just oddly sweet. Steak and cheese sub was very average and undersized for the price. Same with the butterfly shrimp platter which was $14 and highly forgettable, they were not terrible but it tasted like something you could do yourself at home from the frozen food section. They also had a lemonade machine which mixed away in front of you and a sign that says refills cost 50 cents next to it created an expectation of good lemonade. What was in that machine was an incredibly oversweet crystal light like liquid that I am sure have never had to watch over to collect the 50 cents for a refill. I went in to get food at 9:30pm. Cashier took my order, there was two other people waiting for their food. I placed the order and left for about 15 mins then went back in to see if it was ready. I waited an additional 5 mins because they were giving a refund to the people who were waiting before me so by now it’s like 9:50pm. So I’m thinking this refund is just because the People don’t want the food anymore but then the cashier proceeds to tell me that they can’t make my order because they're Closed so they will refund my food but mind you they close at 10. I’m confused on why they’re taking orders or even why their hours say 10 if they are supposedly “closed” at 9:30 when I placed my order. If I had come in like 10 mins before they closed, I could understand them not wanting to take my order but to take my order then have me wait 20 mins to tell me they can’t make my order because its too close to closing doesn’t make any sense. Lazy and inattentive. Called in an order. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived within the 15 minute window. Paid for my food and sat down to wait yet another 30 minutes only to find out my food was sitting in the corner on the counter. The one gentleman that was working primarily as a cashier walked over to the food looked at the box on the counter reviewed the ticket attached then walked away to the other side of the counter. I asked the cashier how much longer for my food to be ready. I have him my ticket and he walked over to the unattended good that had been in the corner since i arrived. I asked the gentleman why was I not notified when I got there. He stated that he was new and then also blamed his coworker that was walking in and out of the front door during this entire ordeal.
