So sorry to say but this Moes has gone down hill to the point I dont think they are gonna be in business much longer. Which really sucks because we used to eat here 2-3 times a week we loved it and so did others apparently considering there was always a line and barely anywhere to sit they used to be packed. But the quality of food has gone down, the amount of employees to get the restaurant running correctly is never present and I cant tell you last time I saw a manager actually on the line. There meats are always dry and old ,there chips are are either under cooked or burnt and it seems that it takes even longer to get thru the line now than it used when they were packed. Its a real shame to because the food is great when its fresh and monitored correctly to me it blows Chipotle away the flavor and quality is so much better, but at this rate I dont think there gonna make it much longer I wish the new owners would step up and get this place back on track which is gonna be very hard at this point because they have obviously lost alot of customers. There should always be a manager there watching employees helping customers and checking food (throwing away if necessary). The steak and ground beef I saw there tonight looked worse than anything I've seen before and when I asked for fresh meat they couldnt change it? Its so sad how bad it has gotten, you cannot sell food that looks like that its very obvious why people aren't coming in anymore. Please fix this the customers will come back if you get back on track food is what brings them in the old employees used to crank out the line and the food was always fresh cause of the turn over alone. Ā Ā Ā Read moreregarding order number 26077556 completed on 4/14/21 at 11:36 am. we are a medical office. we ordered 9 items from your menu 8 of them were meals. we all ordered chips and salsa. 1 order had a side of guacamole. we did not get any salsa. 0! we did not get the side of guacamole!. one of the 9 orders was a CHICKEN BURRITO. the burrito came with NO MEAT. 0 MEAT. when i called the restaurant to complaints about this staff kept on hanging up. the i finally was able to talk to "manager" jalen. there is no way this guy is a manager. he said that he does not know what is going on with our office because all the stuff we ordered was there. i kept on explaining to this guy that all these things were missing and as the manager how was he going to fix this issue. he said "well, i dont know what to tell you. i dont know what your office has going on. there is nothing i can do. also the person that picked up the order also said that the staff was a bit annoyed about or large togo order that we should have gone into the restaurant to eat. this lunch was for an office meeting. the so called manager at this location was very unproffessional this was the first time all of us tried MOE"S MEXICAN RESTAURANT and the service was horrible. i really hope this gets to corporate as i told the manager janlen that i would report him for his horrible customer services and unwillingness to resolve this issue. after this experience we do not plan on visiting this restaurant again. you just lost 12 customers as well as any recommendations. My first recent experience I ordered a Home Wrecker and they tried to charge me extra for Guacamole. I informed them that the Home Wrecker comes with Guacamole. Then when they attempted to close my burrito they made a complete mess of it. I figured that it was a fluke and just paid. On my next visit I noticed that the portion sizes on everything were a lot smaller. My wife got a bowl and you could pretty much see the bottom. She asked for extra lettuce and they gave her a pinch, she had to ask the employee 3 separate times to add more. On top of that every little thing costs extra. I watched one of the employees fill 3 different cups of Queso for other customers and fill filled it halfway. When he fill my cup I had to tell him to fill it to the top. Then when we were paying I asked for extra chips because they barely gave us any even though I got Queso. They charged me $2 extra for chips. My total also came out to $33, I only ordered $24 worth of food as I always do. I disputed the total and the female said it was correct. I told her to check again. Then she said "oh yeah" and magically my total was $24. Accident? maybe? The wait was really long even though there weren't that many people there. Another customer near me complained about the long wait. Halfway through paying the cashier walked away with out giving me my receipt. I had to reach over and grab it from the printer myself. I am not an unreasonable person and I never write reviews but the totality of my experience at this location forced me to put the word out. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!
