What can I say about Dairy Queen? It's the one place I love to go to with my girl to get a banana split. This delicious treat is my all time favorite. Sometimes I do wish they would add just a little extra more strawberries and pineapples but hey it's all good I'm honestly still very happy every time I come here to get our dessert. We will keep coming back every chance we get to order this deliciousness!

If you’re charging $5.89 for a small blizzard, please ensure the cup is full. I got one that was a quarter empty on the top, then when I pulled out the spoon the side was hollow too. I’d say I got about half. When I said something to the guy working the window, he just closed it and walked away. Do not waste your money here, go literally anywhere else.

Food was prepared as requested. The blizzard was good and the meal was hot There is currently some construction going on to their main entrance which makes getting into and out of a little more difficult but that is no fault of their own. Prepare for a little bit of a delay if coming around lunch time [10/2020]

Im not one to complain but i have never been treated like that at a place of business and thats saying something because ive had shitty service before there was a manager or what looked like one that literally ignored me as i walked in to attempt to pick up an order that i placed online which the order said it would be ready at 4:03pm 10-16-2024 so she looked at me 5 times and never acknowledged or spoke to mei stood therebfor 9 minutes before the drive thru gal asked me what i needed i said im here to pick up my online order where she said have a seat and we will get it to you so i sat and sat amd sat and watched 4 people come in after me and get helped swiftly amd clearly before it wasint until the 4th people came in and 28 minutes later when my wife came in and asked me what was going on when i realized how long it had been my wife asked about the order where the guy/kid said nothing and pointed to a sign that said doordashers check in where i loudly said hey man i checked in awhile ago ive been sitting here trying to keep my cool he went in back and when he came out asked if he could see the reciept in a rude ass tone and then handed us a bag of cold ass food while trying to give my wife a dirty look until i said i was reaching out to corporate i work retail to at a grocery store i have bad days but never blame or take it out on my customers so not only did the girl ask me what i needed to then ignore me and not tell anyone i was there whilst i watched them help other people but they will then get an attitude like your in the wrong for inconvienencing them well just so u know kids the customers are the only reasons ur employed their yall need to do better and try...

Edited to add, after the owner's response: Are you kidding? The only "experience" I was hoping for was to pay you for some ice cream. Literally. That's a pretty low bar.

This past Saturday night (4/6/2019), we wanted to take our son out to celebrate a performance. It was 10:25pm, and the posted closing time is 11pm, so we headed to the Bozeman DQ. The "OPEN" sign was lit, but the doors were locked. We thought perhaps they were only open in the drive-through, so we got back in the car and tried that. No one ever got on the microphone. When we pulled out to leave, the employee yelled at the rest of our party (in a separate car, behind us) that they were closed and wouldn't take their order. This is NOT the first time this has happened to us. It is impossible to know when this location will be open in the evenings, regardless of what the posted hours say. We often finish musical performances after 9pm and want a little treat, but it's totally hit or miss whether we can get one from this DQ. I have also never seen the same employee here twice, which says to me that management is providing poor leadership overall. You can't expect your restaurant to run well if you're paying three 15-year-olds minimum wage to operate the whole facility. We love DQ--it's by far our family's favorite treat--but it is hard to justify coming back when the service is so poor. It's a long ride to Belgrade, but at least we know they'll be open when we get there and will serve us...

Dairy queen just isn't what I recall from my childhood. Wait times here are long, limited seating, doubly limited parking, and you can expect to wait over 20 mins in the drive thru. Don't pop in here for a lunch break unless you're ready to be really, really late back to work. Getting in and out of there can be tricky, as the lot is generally parked double with people milling around. This doesn't mean it's busy at any time, but very slow. Blizzards are still great, but the food is rough at best. I ordered a box meal, with a specialty side and was given a meal in a bag, with a 2lb layer of stale greasy fries on the bottom, with no tray between the fries and the bag. When the bottom of the bag gave out due to the grease and weight, onto the seats and floor of my rental car, before I was ever able to eat any of it, I was sad. More so because the burger spilled out sending mustard and lettuce in several directions. Pretty sure I missed an onion when cleaning that rental out. It smelled like hot onions for the next few days of the rental... So, I cant tell you if it tasted good. But that blizzard saved my day. Because I was starving, and 15 miles down the freeway before...
