Recently my Fiance and I went in to purchase a new mattress. Val was very patient with us, as we both are young and have never bought a mattress before. She gave us the opportunity to try their Bed Match diagnostic system, which showed us the mattress that would provide the best support, and ultimately the best night's sleep for us. Based on this, Val was able to get us on the right mattress, while considering our budget. This made our buying experience and decision much easier. Val helped us set up a delivery date within days of our purchase, and made sure that it worked around our busy college schedules. When the mattress was delivered, Andy and Cody were very professional. The delivery guys called ahead to inform me they were on their way. When they got to my house they greeted me at the door, laid out a door mat, and put on shoe covers to keep my house clean. Before they brought in the new mattress set, they used their own vacuum to clean the area the mattress was going in. They even put on white gloves to ensure my new mattress would stay clean. Staff was kind and accommodating, they listened to my needs and provided a few options. (Also tried a cool tool that your laid on and helped narrow all the choices down to which mattresses fit my body and support needs)

Never pushy about spending more money, only giving me information on what made the mattresses different and let me decide.

Their sheet and pillow selection was fantastic. Well worth it!
