The #9 was just about flavorless. The Owner asked for more information so here it is... Just after 1 p.m. on Thursday I was really hungry, I'm working away from home and just wanted something quick to take with me for lunch. #9 on Whole Wheat is always my go to sandwich at the Sheridan Wy location, since I was in a hurry I forgot to ask for the Whole Wheat but no biggie I thought. Well it was a biggie, that sub bread is so tasteless that I think it's sole purpose is to keep your fingers clean while eating the toppings. The bread was like gut stuffing and no more. The dressing is so watered down that it to was flavorless. At least it filled the void in my stomach and the hunger went away but there was definitely no joy in the lunch. P.S. The Coke dispenser apparently got switched with the diet Coke, I had to dump it and drank Orange soda. You should probably check...

This is the second time I have ordered here and gotten an entirely different sandwich. When my partner got home with the food and we realized it was wrong, he called immediately and asked what they would do about it. They said he can bring the sandwich and receipt to get the right one made. He told them they never provided him with a receipt and they said that unfortunately due to their policy they can't do anything about it. So now I'm out the money for the sandwich, and I literally have food restrictions preventing me from eating the one they gave us, so I get to just go without on top of all of it. I would like to thank Jace at the 19th St location. I needed a large number of sandwiches at a specific time for an event. I called the day before the event and really didn't give him a tremendous amount of time to get my order together. Jace expertly fielded my request and made fantastic recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. The sandwiches were ready exactly on time and they were absolutely delicious! He was a pleasure to deal with and very professional.
