Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Bozeman

I used google maps to find local pizza places close to my Hotel and then I downloaded their app. I didn’t know they don’t cook the pizza. It’s not mentioned in the app if you want it cooked or not. I didn’t notice until I got the confirmation email with a link to cooking instructions. They outsource their delivery to DoorDash but there’s no cancellation option in their app, and you can’t cancel through DoorDash because the order didn’t originate through the DoorDash app. So I tipped some guy $8 to deliver cold pizza to my hotel room. The driver must’ve thought I was an idiot. I’ve never heard of “take n bake” I assumed they had baked goods for sale as a sister company in the same building. I used the little microwave in the hotel room to try and cook the pizza but it was horrible as expected for a product not designed for a microwave. I don’t cook so I can’t tell you if it’s good pizza. This is not the right food service for my specific needs and a little more guidance on their Papa Murphy’s phone app would have been helpful in...

I went in last night to pick up my two pizza's and when I offered my American Express card they explained they did not take it. OK, I said fine and pulled out my personal check book, they again apologized and told me no personal checks. I had no other option to pay for the pizza's. I explained it was from a local bank and I had other forms of ID to back up the check information....no go. They do not mention any of this on their website, if they are to be so limited on their choice of payment it should be posted on their website. Guess McKenzie River gets my money...

I spent $40.00 on two pizzas and they didn't put much of anything but onions on them. They decided to stock the shelves in the middle of making it and I should have asked for my money back when they almost wrapped it up with nothing on it but ranch! Then they don't answer the phone so I can complain and ask for my money back!!! Why would I pay $40.00 for an Onion pizza! They make my stomach sick! And who would?!? It's bad enough that I had to cook it before...
