It's been several years since Alton Brown (celebrity chef, he did Good Eats and Cutthroat Kitchen and some other TV) turned me on to the cortado. And it's my go to drink when I hit up a coffee shop. It's unusual to find one on the menu and even more unusual to find a barista who knows what it is. So when I asked for a cortado this morning before sunrise at Wild Joe's, the barista smiled. Here's his challenge for the day. Dude made a PERFECT cortado. If I could six stars this magic dude I would. Instead, I have five stars and I also complimented him on his EPIC moustache. I was here with my laptop in the back for four or so hours. It's a great spot for working and the cortado was amazing. I love this place and would go out of my way to return.

I was staying in the hostel down the street and walked over! It was drizzling, but not bad :) The outside of the shop is super cute, as well as the inside! There were a couple regulars but no one in line so I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. I didn’t think to get their names, however they were so nice and patient. They really considered ways to help me have the best coffee and they were both a big help! I got the Montana Honey Bee (with more sweetener) and it was sooo good! I got mine warm ☕️ My experience was very pleasant. If you’re in Bozeman and like cool people and coffee, just try it out :) There was also a sign for take and bake meals through the back! Overall : 12/10

If I'm in Bozeman and looking for coffee, I go to Wild Joe's. Excellent coffee, friendly staff, nice environment for business discussion, studying, etc. Overall a great place. 6/25 - Just stopped in again today and enjoyed a cappuccino. My wife can't do milk, so went with an Oat Milk latte for her and it was a very good and creamy result. Some of the oat milks don't stay thickened, but the Pacific Foods Barrista version was excellent. Updated my rating to 5 stars because they are always great and friendly. Thanks for the wonderful coffee and service.

I frequently travel to Bozeman, Montana for work and always enjoy exploring the local businesses downtown. During a recent visit, I stopped by Heyday, which is a charming gift shop with the friendliest staff. Deciding to grab a coffee before shopping, I noticed a cafe across the street and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. After standing in line for about 10 minutes with just two people ahead of me, I finally ordered a latte and went to the waiting area. I had my 9-year-old golden retriever with me, who is very well-behaved and calm, lying quietly at my feet as I waited. To my surprise, an employee came out from behind the counter, walked in front of everyone in the shop, and very abruptly said, "There are no dogs allowed here." I immediately apologized, explained that I didn’t realize, and assured her we’d leave as soon as I received my drink. However, she interrupted me and added, "For further reference, dogs are not welcome," in a manner that I found unnecessarily harsh. While I fully respect that some establishments have no-pet policies, I was caught off guard by the lack of clear signage and the fact that no one had mentioned anything when I first arrived. Additionally, the tone and delivery of the employee's message felt dismissive and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this cafe. There are many other businesses in downtown Bozeman that are both welcoming to pets and provide a more positive experience. To top it off, the coffee itself didn’t stand out in terms of quality, and the customer service left much to be desired. For those who enjoy visiting cafes with their pets or seek a more friendly and inclusive atmosphere, I would recommend...

Favorite Coffee shop in Bozeman! Espresso is always amazing. I’m a consistent customer on the honey cinnamon latte, choddy (chocolate milk cold brew!) and their special honey lattes. They use flavored high-quality honey from Montana Bee company just around the corner. Anything from lavender to huckleberry! Those are the top 3 in my opinion.

Drip coffee is also great! The chocolate lab roast is fantastic, pretty dark but easily cut with some cream for a nice cup of joe!

The environment here is also always fantastic. They have good music, fun and friendly baristas who are always ready to give great coffee suggestions, and the rotating art on display is always unique, local, and really brings the space together!

If you are in town or staying for awhile, it is well worth trying to stop in during an evening of live music, the musicians that perform have always been a fun treat, and the open mic nights are also always a great experience!

While I can’t eat a ton of food here due to Celiac (no gluten) they DO have AMAZING gluten free cookies! They are baked by a local Montana company and always hit the spot if I get a little hungry while eating. The salted peanut butter cookie is the best by far. Another favorite of mine, Kalispell Creamery yogurt. It’s a rich honey Greek yogurt from local dairy’s in Kalispell. Try it!

Many other good food items sold here, as well as some great gifts and fun mugs and stickers and the like.

Overall, one of the best coffee stops in Bozeman for a quick bite, a good cup of coffee, whatever your drink is, and a nice atmosphere to talk, study, or just take in the...

Great local coffee shop! These folks take coffee seriously and although I primarily drink black drip they offer three types of drip, as well as pour overs. There espresso menu is fantastic and I sometimes spoil myself with a paradiso, a very rich and creamy tropical espresso drink. So so good! This is the only coffee shop I know that offers seven types of milk!

This is the place to bring a large group whether family, friends, community meeting, or business group. Their large tables and comfortable couches offer enough seating for everyone.

The food is fantastic, there’s a menu on Wed-Sun for avocado toast or a smoked salmon open face sandwich. OR my fav is to put the salmon on the avocado toast (not on the menu).

Everyday they have fresh pastries and burritos, or oatmeal, yogurts and fresh fruit options. Always available is fresh ice cold water and even Icecream.

Such a wonderful and lovely atmosphere. Oh and free internet, that’s never slow or...
