Workers didn't seem to know what to do there was no organization in the line now it's barely any ice cream left not very many choices. Baskin-Robbins I remember always had plenty of flavors of ice cream and always the good ones half this stuff didn't even know what it was and look right didn't match what it should look like if it was what they said it was there was no labels.there was a couple in front of me in a line they asked for one thing and got the ice cream right but that's not what they wanted it put in and they just didn't say anything and let him go on. I didn't think it was nice they didn't even bother my personalities were blank lack of communications there's no emotion no personal contact it's just like they were robots.there was a gentleman that came to help look like he was in a management type shirt nice button-up shirt. At least he asked me what I was trying to explain to the other man. The prices were crazy for freezer burnt ice cream after I had to beg to get it put in a container that I got charged triple felt like for each one and it was just ice cream just didn't taste the taste of the old and flavorless that's very disappointing because I wish they would open a braum's here because it seems like they would be better they definitely would have more ice cream choices. Baskin-Robbins just isn't the same as it used to be. They sure need...
Read moreWe were glad to see Baskin-Robbins have a franchise again in Branson. We decided to take the family out for ice cream last night. The building is very nice and the store is also very nice. It appeared clean and well organized. However, it is difficult to purchase what they do not stock. After the two young gentlemen got finished visiting and laughing with each other, one found time to ask us what we needed. This shop is two franchises in one store. Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. That is still good. But the ice cream selection was much smaller. Maybe 16 or so. But that is also ok. Of the 16 or so spaces in the cooler, at least 6 of them were empty with no stock. Just a hole in the cooler. If there is a flavor that an ice cream shop should ALWAYS stock and back up, it would be vanilla. (Because that is used to make shakes, cake, cones, sundaes, splits, and other specialty items. ) They were out of vanilla. And didn't seem at all concerned. We left - did not order. It is one thing to drive there in traffic on 76, but don't expect to get what you went to the store purchase. Very nice store. But a waste of...
Read moreWe just left your establishment feeling incredibly disappointed. My daughter and I stood at the counter for over five minutesâno greeting, no eye contact, not even a simple acknowledgment. I understand your employee may have been busy; she had just finished helping another customer and rang them up. But instead of acknowledging us, she moved onâlikely to handle drive-thru ordersâwithout saying a single word.
Itâs hard not to wonder if the lack of acknowledgment had anything to do with the fact that weâre brown. I truly hope thatâs not the case, but the experience left us feeling unseen and unwelcome.
We ended up going down the street to YOLO, which was extremely busyâbut the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. Thatâs all it takes: a simple âWelcome in, Iâll be with you shortlyâ makes all the difference.
Customer service is everything. I hope this is something that can be addressed, because no one should feel ignored when walking into your business. That said, Iâm glad we leftâYOLO...
