For those who live here and haven't visited this establishment, shame on you. This hidden gem was a great experience. My wife and two small children ate here on Monday evening 6/10/24 and it will remain on my calendar as one of the greatest food experience of my life. I ordered the Choripollo which was phenomenal, along with the homemade flour tortillas that were certainly the best tortillas I have ever eaten. The only problem I saw was that it was not very busy. We drove past many other Mexican cuisine restaurants (Pancho Villa, Flaming Margaritas) and their parking lots were full. The fact that this restaurant was not full, is a crime. Trust me when I say, leave the others behind and come to visit here asap! You won't be disappointed. We are from Pennsylvania and look forward to coming back here when we visit every year, but that will be the responsibility of the locals and other tourists to ensure this business...

This place was pretty average. I went there because I saw the sign for $3 Margaritas for taco Tuesday. It was near closing. They allowed us to come in. It was only on regular margaritas. I got mine on the rocks. My friends got theirs frozen. No one was impressed with the drinks, but they were pretty strong. Something was off with the drinks. The ambiance was a traditional Mexican of skeletons and skulls. The place was clean. But there might have been a leak coming from above my table. The server was nice. The only food I tried was the guacamole. I was surprised. It wasn't good but it was bad. I almost forgot the chips and salsa wa above average. If I had more time, I would have tried some of the other drinks that they offered. They...

I tend to judge Mexican places based on their margaritas first, then food.

They had the BEST margarita we’ve found anywhere in the area. I had the Patron Top Shelf that was $6.99 (or maybe $5.99?) that was delicious! Tasted like freshly squeezed lime and had a charred lime slice to add a little charm. 100% will be back!

We also ate tacos (Taco Tuesday). I had the soft tacos, 2 were ground beef and 1 was shredded chicken. Both were good and I liked that the tortillas were thin.

My wife has the ground beef hard tacos and thought they were good too. She also had a pina colada - it was deliciously sweet and tasted like...

On a trip to Branson over the weekend, my fiancé and I were looking for Mexican food and stumbled upon Jalapeños. They had glowing reviews, so we decided to give it a try, and I’m glad we did! I ordered quesabirria tacos and my fiancé ordered the enchiladas. I’d only ever had birria tacos when we made them at home, so I figured they were worth a shot. They did not disappoint! The service was good, and I’d be more than happy to go back here. The ONLY critique I have is that I could’ve gotten by with a little less cheese on my tacos. Otherwise, they were great.

Came here on 2 different occasions on our vacation in Branson. Food Is definitely good. Prices are a bit high but what isn’t around here. My kids loved their cheese enchiladas. Our plates were also good, the pollo campero was amazing, the mole tasted authentic Mexican mole, the guisado en salsa verde was a bit salty for my taste but the meat was so soft. The only downfall was the drink we ordered as we did not get it as they advertised apparently they ran out of lime and oranges to garnish the drink.
