Fuddruckers — Restaurant in Branson

They had the doors unlocked before they open at 11. Even though the sign is on the door saying that you open at 11, which I thank you for doing, you need to keep the doors locked until 11!!! If the doors are unlocked before 11, that means YOU OPENED EARLY and you are required to start serving people!!! Otherwise, LOCK THE DOORS!!! I was talking to a busser there and he said they just a new manager that doesn't understand common sense and that's why.

I was told that everything was free with my meal by the lady at the front counter, but when I asked the lady at the bakery/ ice cream stand, she said that stuff was only free with a kids meal.

It is a very big restaurant, yet they only have ONE TOILET IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM!!! They have enough room for 2 urinals though. Why not remove a urinal and put a toilet there?!?! Men take only a minute at a urinal, but much longer on a toilet! I can already tell this place normally has a HUGE line for the Men's restroom.

Theming seemed a bit...weird, but I liked some stuff.

They do have a vegetable bar and a sauce bar, but some fake foods were in the silver trays where food is supposed to be and with plastic wrap over it that said "display only"! THIS IS NOT WHERE FAKE FOOD OR DISPLAYS GO!!! Displays or any fake food needs to go around it for theming so that people know it is fake!!! DO NOT PUT IT WITH THE REAL FOOD AND DO NOT PUT PLASTIC WRAP OVER IT!!! Many people have tried to get it before you put plastic wrap over it because that is where REAL FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!

Terrible. We came in for lunch and have never been to this spot before. It has been years since I have been to a Fuddruckers and that was in Florida and it was pretty good there. Anyways, we expected the same kind of experience here. It was definitely not. We walked in and there was no line in front or behind us. The lady who was at the counter was kind and asked if we would like a run down of the menu and we said yes. She explained how it worked and showed us the options, temp chart etc. Then she switched with a different lady who took over the register. The second lady made us feel rushed and didn't hear half of the things we said. (We found this out later when we got our food). I ordered the 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger meal for $17. My daughter ordered the kraft Mac n cheese, and my sister and nephew ordered a la carte burgers. I ordered my burger medium and it came out well done, similar to dry, beef jerky. Tasteless. My nephew ordered medium well, expecting just a slight line of pink in the middle and he also got shoe leather. All 3 burgers were burnt and crispy. The food took a very long time too. The toppings were fresh. The potato wedges were eh. Just a disappointment over all. We won't...

4-2-22 Not my first visit here, but certainly my last. It started bad in the parking lot, where someone just had to beat me to a parking space by turning left in front of me. When I decided to back in along the fence, another person came flying around the corner and was determined to go behind me, as I was backing up! Ok, to be fair, none of that has anything to do with the food, so lets move on.

The girl behind the register (with pink hair) rushed us thru our order, not asking what kind of fries we wanted, not asking what kind of bun, only asking how we wanted the burger cooked. When we got them, I ordered mine without a bun and was suppose to be on a large lettuce leaf - it was not. Wife's bun was so hard she could hardly tear it by hand, much less with her teeth. Couldnt find silverware. When it was finally pointed out, one of the two knives we got was dirty, as in dried food stuck to it. The burgers were flavorless. The Iced Tea was sweet at first, but then finished bitter. I changed to soda and it was flat. Burgers are overpriced, "fries and drink" was ridiculously over priced. Absolutely never again.
