Don’t eat here unless you want to waste money and get sick. I waited for at least 10 minutes before deciding to leave but then I seen the phone number out front so decided to call. A guy answered and said there was a buzzer out front to press it because someone might be in the back in the refrigerator so I walk back up to the front of the food truck and it’s him on the phone. I just thought whatever they’re busy I’ll still give it a try. I ordered a couple carnitas and Asada tacos and he said it’d be done it about 5-10 minutes so I waited. He opens the window and tells me it’s ready so I get them and go to my car and open up the to go box and all the meat is Luke warm almost cold, the tacos aren’t even warm basically room temperature, the toppings cheese lettuce and tomatoes are cold and the salsa is almost frozen like a slushy. I was hungry so I decided to try them anyway and without being surprised they tasted like garbage. It’s so sad because I even told the guy I was local and had passed by the food truck several times and was excited to try it and possibly have a new taco spot to steadily frequent and to my disappointment it was just a horrible experience and bad food. I would not suggest this place or the food to anyone you’re better off going...
Read moreI have never met a place with so many Hispanic people that can't cook Hispanic food in my life!!!!! Ordered a birria torta-menu stated that came with beans, guacamole, onions, cilantro and cheese(I got bread, meat, and cheese). My wife ordered 3 birria Taco's, a side of rice, and a side of beans.(She got 3 taco's, and a side of rice so bland it could have come from a Chinese restaurant and been steamed rice). Also ordered chips and salsa (got last week's stale chips, and what seemed to be a puree of tomatoes and 1 sprig of cilantro). Their "white cheese" (as is on the menu) is exactly that. Melted white cheese, no flavor, no taste, no nada tostada. BLAND-BLAND-BLAND!!!!
GO TO ARANDAS, SO FAR ITS THE ONLY PLACE IN TOWN I'VE FOUND WORTH THE $45...
