Amazing!! We had just got out of a show at thunder Ridge needed late night food. It was rated well, so we have it a try. It lives up to the rating which seems rare in this town. We had chicken hibachi, steak and shrimp hibachi, a sushi roll, and crab ragoons. All were delicious. The crew working looked put at us while eating to make sure we liked it. This is a wonderful food truck. Very very sweet customer service. Fast order completion. Very yummy food. The portions are huge. Enough for my daughter and I to share a plate. Best yum yum sauce I’ve ever had. I love their scallops. Always cooked perfectly! Don’t skip their crab Rangoon. Filled with more than just cream cheese and a wonderful homemade sauce. Branson, local people, and tourists visiting the area....please go get you some Alpha Hibachi, a food truck right by the Branson Ferris Wheel along the strip. They have an amazingly big menu with fantastic variety and truly delicious food! They are all super friendly too. Portions were definitely filling for my big appetite lol. This is my new favorite place to eat in Branson, Missouri no doubt! 😋...
