So this morning at 9:33am, I ordered my usual coffee. But in this case the employees did the exact opposite of what i order. I asked Miss Julie if they can remake my drink, she proceed to tell me with an ATTITUDE that āsince I took a SIP of my coffee they werenāt allowed to make a new oneā. I was okay with that, so I asked can I get a refund? She rolled her eyes, and had an annoyed ATTITUDE, then went a got her co-worker (the African American young man who took my order) and explained what was going on. He came to the window told me āTHIS IS HOW YOU WANTED YOUR DRINK MADEā, whatās the problem? I said itās too much ice, too light, and wayyyy too sweet. He then GRABBED THE DRINK FROM MY HANDS. . .I went off. 1. Youāre supposed to service your customers with the UPMOST RESPECT!!!!!! Especially if the customer wasnāt being rude to being with. If the customer isnāt satisfied with their order, it should be some type resolution The managers on the duty added more fuel to the fire. Everyone (including the managers) was so rude I couldnāt believe this. NO APOLOGY WAS ISSUED. I will never go back to that store until I speak with corporate, district managers and the owners. Itās so sickening that employees and managers would argue you down over something so little. We ordered a dozen donuts and coffee then the boys wanted some ice cream. My dad said y'all use the GC to pay. So I figured my dad hasn't paid for anything so at the register I tell Shawn what we had, ice cream and dozen donuts. Get to the car and my dad said he already paid for the donuts that we just needed to pay for the ice cream. I go back in tell the dude what happened, he called his manager and the manager said "since I paid with a gift card and it was my fault there is nothing they can do for us" š³ really? So I said cool give me my cash back for the donuts my dad paid for, "I can't do that, the manager said I can't give you anything." Really? What kind of customer service is that? You can't do anything for me.. you can't give me my money back for the dozen donuts I already paid for. š¤ Then he told me he would have me banned from the establishment. I don't gaf about DD. I just want my money back. And for you to tell the customer you can't do nothing for them is wrong. I hate these places that don't have a manager or shift manager on duty at all times.
