My bad for even trying one last time, but this location will never see me again. Whether on the phone, or this time in person just to see what halogens when ordering takes place, I find lackluster service staff with free interpersonal skills taking orders badly, and resulting in the same sandwich I order every single time being made badly once again. At least I was in the store so I could demand my immediate replacement, while the staff laughed openly at me, made excuses, and was unapologetic in any way. The female at the register was singularly unsuited for any job requiring a pleasant attitude or any social skills. And either she is hard of hearing or has no concern to get her job done correctly. But she clearly remains unmanaged by anyone concerned with performing well. I was at the store between 1:20 pm and 1:35 pm, 10/8. Only the regular very tall drive who's name escapes me was in any way diligent or friendly, although I will say the actual sandwich wrapping person did well. I've had entire orders botched, deliveries that didn't come and didn't come and then were canceled but I was not informed had to request refund: twice just like that. Read moreI just started ordering from here since the Maplewood location closed. Every sandwich I've ordered is messy. Once a huge chunk of bread was missing from my sandwich. On another occasion my food was left on the steps without my permission or a knock on the door. So I decided the other day to go and pick up my sandwiches. I witnessed they all had on gloves which was fantastic. However, the girl working the register used those same gloves to start making sandwiches. Then she answered the phones with those same gloves. I told her to change her gloves before she started doing my food. She didn't apologize or say a word, but she did change her gloves. That's so trifling! I then hung up and called back and they did the exact same thing and had me on hold for a few minutes. I hung up called back a third time and I spoke with someone and they put a cookie in my bag but it took an 1hr and 30 mins to actually get my order. I had this issue two weeks before that as well.
