This location consistently provides a 2-star service for drive-through. They seem disorganized and apparently lack good management as well as basically capable employees. I occasionally go there in the morning and order a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle with hash brown, and an order of extra bacon. Probably 80% of the time the person taking order in drive-through doesn’t say the total, but rather says to pull ahead to the next window (or whatever their usual script is), so I pull ahead and don’t know the total amount until reaching that first window. (Yeah, I know I should just KNOW that amount if that’s what I always order, but I don’t remember it). Depending on who is at the first window it might be the very friendly guy who is easy to understand and polite, or often someone who seems to be filling the seat for the day and it’s “not their thing”. Either way, I think the nice guy who is more of a people person and VERY organized is the only one that gives a receipt. At next window the staff are hit and miss, but I’ve figured out I have to ask if the order of extra bacon is in the bag and look, before driving away, because it’s NOT there 9/10 times! If I catch it at the window and ask, they’ll check their order screen (or whatever), see it’s on there and hand me the bacon. It’s always a debate, though, and today the window person was confused about my extra bacon (definitely was charged $ for it), and asked if I had a receipt. Um, no, because the person at first window didn’t give it to me with my change! She consults with manager (?), who comes to window and asks if I have receipt. I say no, can’t they check their order screen or maybe a receipt that prints on their end of things? Finally they disappear and the girl comes back with the order of bacon and hands it to me. As always, 5 minutes later at home, the sandwich is cool, hash browns barely warm, and extra bacon is cool (which I get, but the sandwich should be warm or even hottish…which they never seem to be for years). This location seems to need better management and team training between order window people and the second window people, plus maybe a visit from the health department for food...

Went though the drive through and the lady taking our order didn't get the order right and had a hard time understanding her as well. poor English speaking. Got up to the pick up window and we notice on our recipe that they left off his order plus left off the cheese on my order. So he order the biscuit that he wanted through the pick up window and the young lady yell back towards the counter in Spanish. So we were hoping that we were getting what we wanted, So after taking our granddaughter to where she needed to be we were sitting in our car and he open his bag and he had a ham biscuit and a plan biscuit and we order a sausage biscuit with cheese. So he went back to McDonald to confront their incompetence of the staff that was working this morning he went in and told the lady behind the counter that your guys have seem to not get my order right and I will say by this time he was very upset by this time. So at this point the lady behind the counter told him that he didn't have to be so rude. Ok at this point she should have said right from the start sorry for your inconvenience sir, let me take care of that for you. But NOOOOOOOO she elected to be a smartass to a customer. Then I told her that if everyone would speak English I might have understand what she said when she yell my order back to the cooks. So at this point The lady behind the counter call him a racist. Well I can tell you that didn't go well at all. So then he ask to speak to the manager and this is when he found out the lady that was causing all the problems was the manager. Then he ask to speak to her boss and she point to thew wall and said her name is Jennifer and she isn't here.So at this point he wasn't going to eat any food from this McDonald's ever again. Read moreI started working in the area of this McDonald's right after Thanksgiving 2022. I've gotten the exact same thing almost every single time I've gone in - 3 double cheeseburgers.
In the last month or so, I have been shorted one cheeseburger twice - the 2nd time I caught it before I walked out.
Today, (8/9/23), I went through the drive-thru like I often do, gave the girl who was taking orders my mobile pickup number and was told that they didn't have my mobile order. I asked the girl to double check - even repeating my 4 digit code multiple times. They didn't have it.
I pulled into a parking space for a moment to make sure it actually went through. If anyone who reads this has ever used the app, you know it's a piece of garbage. I had my digital reciept that proved I ordered what I ordered. My order went through.
I went in to the store to ask about it and after a moment, I was told that they had given my food to someone else.
