Update for october 6th, waiter service was awful. We waited for over 30 minites for drink refils, they forgot my sides, and gave us the wrong fries. To top it off my chicken sandwich was soggy, they put the coleslaw on the bottom bun.. by the time i got it it was falling apart. This place has become so hit or miss im gonna say i would not reccomend comming here unless you are comming to the bar. I would not order food here.

Original review - waited till they sat us and got our drink order before telling us they didn't have over half of the items on the menu, awful experience, left immediately.

-UPDATE: owner reached out asked me to give it another chance and offered $20 off my next visit. In light of this I decided to give them exactly what they asked. Another chance. I am currently in applebees watching my wife eat as my food and my appetizer was returned to the kitchen. My mozzarella sticks were cold ... the ones In the middle of the plate still (dare I say frozen).

My meal, i Told them no mushrooms. I Watched my waiter correctly take my order and even had her repeat it back to me. She had it for sure correct. During my wait of already close to 40 Minutes at this point I witnessed a doordash driver come in for Mary. And be told it would be nearly 2 hours for the food. She unassigned her order (she no longer has the ability at this moment to take and deliver, or get paid for this order) immediately after she's unassigned the order they tried bringing it out to her. Shortly after my waiter brought my food. I let her know that it was wrong. When she took it back. The owner (Who called me to ask for another shot) came to the table he apologized profusely and admitted his kitchen staff had actually made the food wrong two times prior to me seeing it. I appreciate his honesty he came and made things right he fixed the mistakes and wanted me to know that it wasn't any one person. That they all made mistakes leading to what happened previously and today, that they can only do better with time. And he's right I'm not going to give it a 4 or 5 star YET but I will give it many more chances. They are fixing issues and even late. I got my food and it was the best it's ever been. I can see the hustle in here. The energy is better and I will be back.

I'm hoping this was just a bad night, but we had stopped coming here a while back for similar reasons. The staff are always amazing, and the servers do their best to be understaffed, but the quality of food is less than acceptable. Now, I will have to say that the boneless wings are typically on point. The visit on a weekend night started out fine. We got seated and our drink orders taken. One of the cups they brought out was leaking, which the waiter couldn't have known it because it was a slow leak. The hostess got us another drink/cup and my son a new kids' coloring/activity menu. We got our appetizer, and the food finally came out. The burger my son got was the whole lotta bacon burger, and without even finishing half the burger, he was in the bathroom because it made him sick. My husband got a steak, and it didn't make him sick that night, but the next few days, his stomach was messed up pretty bad. He described it as average at best. Originally ordered the shrimp, but they were out of shrimp, so I decided to try the new bacon ranch chicken sandwich. It wasn't anything special and honestly not worth ordering again. I was hoping maybe giving them a while would make a difference, but it didn't seem to change anything. They used to be one of our regular places, and I truly hope they get it together so it can be that way again one day, but we won't be back for a while after this last visit. My boyfriend and I went out to eat this evening for a date night. Something that is very rare for us amongst kids and work. We ordered the combo appetizer and ordered two of the "zombie" drinks. The food was delicious and the drinks were okay, though they obviously don't put any alcohol in it. However, the service was absolutely pathetic. Being a server myself, I understand when a restaurant gets busy but it really wasn't crowded at all. I counted 4 tables including ours that our server had. I watched as our server, Patrick, greeted and took care of his other tables, while leaving us in the corner without anything to drink for more than 30 minutes. Those zombie drinks are the only thing we were able to get during our time there..which if you've seen them, are in a short mug. We watched as our waiter walked past us multiple times catering to his other tables while we sat there dying of thirst, with our empty mugs in plain sight at the end of the table. Frustrated, we asked for our bill and a box. He then became much more attentive after that, but we were more than ready to leave at that point. He seems very kind and outgoing, perhaps he's new and needs to learn the basics and better time management.
