Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brockton

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 4 stars to one because of my experience this morning. On Wednesday July 21st 2021 at at 8:50 a.m. I entered the front door of the establishment where I stood at an empty counter for about 5 minutes. After commiserating with other customers who formed a line behind me, I finally went over to the pick up area and asked the 5 people working if anyone was working the counter, where I was summarily ignored. I then waited until an employee looked in my general direction and tried to get their attention and ask the same question, once again to no avail, it was as if I were invisible. It was at this point that I left the location, never to return. I understand that a location's such as this can get busy. However there was no one else inside infront of me when I entered, but the drive-through line was long. Even if you are very busy with dozens of orders at a time, it doesn't take much effort to address a customer's concerns and say something like "We'll be right with you." or "Sorry for the wait." or at least acknowledge their existence. This type of callous treatment of customers does not deserve my business nor anyone else's and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location...

Horrible experience!!! Please don’t go there. Today January 30th, 2022 at 12pm. I was in line for 30 min in the drive thru and when I got to order nobody answered for more than 10 min. I kept saying: “Hello? Is anybody there!?”for 10 min. I drove to the next window thinking that maybe they were having difficulties with the audio. The lady there starts being rude saying that I need to do the line again. I said: “I’ve been there for a long time. You could’ve said, I’ll be right there with you sir or something. I thought something was wrong. Could you take my order?” She said: “No. Go and do the line again”. Honestly I’m so aggravated! This is the WORST Dunkin’ Donut service ever. I hope please the managers could read this and stop this abuses and disrespect to the clients. I was with my grandfather and I had to act cool before...

this was one of the worst dunkin orders I have ever gotten. I ordered an iced caramel latte with cold foam and oat milk, and the person taking my order was so rude when getting confused about the kind of foam I was asking for, even though I ended up just cancelling the foam completely to try to be accommodating. when I got my drink, there was melted and crumbly foam on top anyway, and it was not strong like a latte at all. It tasted like the most watered down caramel iced coffee I’ve ever had, and there was no oat milk in it. It wasn’t creamy at all, it just tasted like super sweet water with a hint of coffee. If I had a dairy allergy and they put the wrong kind of milk in it, they could get in so much trouble! I also ordered a grilled cheese, which was not cooked all the way through...
