I've had some minor issues with this place in the past, like forgetting to put bacon on a burger or dipping sauce but this last visit was a real winner! I ordered a baked potato and I had a code in the app for a free small chili, which I told them at the drive thru.
1st the girl asks me for my phone saying it won't reach. I said no. That's a big,no,no in my book. I'm germ phobic and I don't let people I know touch it, let alone a stranger at a drive thru! So another employee pulled the scanner to the window no problem.
But just a sign of the incompetence to come. I asked the girl for crackers & sour cream for my chili. She hands me the bag and I look inside and see just the baked potato and some crackers. So I say to her I still need my chili and she gets this bewildered look on her face like she has no idea what I'm talking about. I say that's what the code was for and tells the guy that just scanned it and he comes back and says,oh we're out of chili.
He misunderstood you when you ordered, but you still get the reward points. I said but I don't get my free chili and he says I understand what your saying. Clearly he did not,so I handed him back the potato and said I want my money back.. Which seemed to surprise him,I took my money and will never go back there again! I should have asked how the person taking my order misunderstood me asking for a small chili, did he think I was saying it was chilly! Give...
Read moreI just left this Wendy's in Brockton, MA. Oak St. I went through the drive-thru but did a mobile order. When I got to the window, it it seemed like I was interrupting the drive-thru girl with the long braids from her phone time. She caught an attitude when I asked for a tray for my 5 drinks, stating, "I don't know why she needs a tray when only 2 of them are real drinks." Then grabbed her phone and turned her back to me. I'm not sure what world she is from, but bottled water and a juice box are drinks as well. I need to be able to carry the soda, water, and juice all at one time. EVERYONE in there was on their phones, except one guy with long braids or dreads. He was the only one who seemed to actually be working and actually cared about the job and the customers. For 5 meal orders, he got each and everything I ordered correctly. I wish I got his name, but he was a super star. For the other girl at the drive-thru register, she needs to be FIRED. I see why there's not many customers anymore. It's because of ignorant employees like Miss...
Read moreThis Wendy’s location is terrible! Today I went inside to order a meal and eat it on the dinner, bad call. First of all the location is DISGUSTING, yes with capital letters, Soda machines broken, Ice spilled all over the floor which eventually melts and leaves water everywhere, tables dirty, and the trash bills completely full. I wish that was the only bad part of this location, but the workers make it even worse. This young cashier was giving out the food for the dinner, once it was my order she gave me a bag which then I notified her saying I was eating in and needed a tray, get ready for the next part cause it will make your blood boil, she then reached in the bag with her bare hands and started to grab all the food, she grabbed the nuggets with her BARE HANDS one by one, yes her disgusting hands which she was just touching money was now touching my nuggets. Absolutely disgusting, its something that a food inspector would shutdown the store for. I simply could not force myself to eat those nuggets. This location must be shutdown...
