I came by today on my way home. No one in line. I order an 8-piece tender meal for the family with an extra side and two chicken littles. It cost $40. But I digress. I pull up I pay he does not give me a receipt and did not even offer me one so I didn't think about it. He asked me to pull up. So I pull up to the door and I wait. After a few minutes he walks out with my sack of food and hands it to me and I say have a great day. It feels like a heavy box so on my way home I eat my chicken littles. Absolutely delicious no complaint. After sitting in traffic I finally get home and I go to feed my family and lo and behold not only my missing all my biscuits but I'm also given a couple pieces of shriveled up dry chicken tenders. Not even my full overpriced eight count of tenders. So because it was so expensive and I literally did not get half of my food itself, I look up online and call the store because of course I know they're going to have an attitude that I don't have my receipt that I was not offered. But again I digress. I call and I asked politely for a manager and I get told this is a manager how can I help you. She did not give me her name but I explained to her what happened and I gave her about the time that I came through I even gave her my car description and a description of the gentleman that I spoke with and that he brought me out my food. She said hold one moment and let me ask my crew. She comes back to the line and tells me that she asked everybody and they say they gave me everything. But however they would if I wanted to remake my biscuits and my tenders for me but nothing else. I said that's absolutely fine because those are the things that I had a problem with that I did not get. I tell her if it's okay if I come Monday because that's when I work next and this is an hour for my house. She told me only today or tomorrow after I said monday. And I said again I can't do that I'm fine just having you remake my biscuits and my tenders and not my entire meal, but I don't think it's right that I did not get what I paid for and I'm following up right now. She hung up on me. I cannot believe this is how you are treated when I was polite and honest and even understanding and was apologizing for having to bother them. But to not just be told no but to them be hung up on is extremely rude. I hope I get a response or I'm going to go and bring it to corporate's attention. As many businesses were failing right now you really cannot expect to have rude people...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter working a 12 hour shift and having missed lunch, I must say that I was FAMISHED! I had a craving for that good old original recipe chicken from KFC. My favorite portion to eat are the wings so I figured it would be well worth it to add an additional 45 minutes to my roundtrip drive to get the chicken and make it home. When I pulled up to the window to place my order, I immediately asked if they had a wing meal...instead of the young lady answering my question, she asked with an attitude "2, 3 or 4 ma'am!" I responded and said 4. I then asked how many biscuits came with it and she responded (in a tone that implied that I should already know) "1 ma'am!" By the time I could ask was there a side or were there sides included, a young man had taken over the order. I then began explaining to him that I was trying to get clarity on what they were calling a "meal". He politely told me and gave me the price of my order. When I got to the window, the young lady with the attitude was the who would handle the transaction. I gave her my credit card and instead of providing me the receipt, she balled it up and threw it away. After advising her that I required my receipt, she reprinted it after stating "Oh, I threw it away". I then took the opportunity to ask if there were an issue and if she was having a good day and she gave me a simple look as though she didn't understand why I even asked the question. I then took my order and headed home...when I opened the box, all I could do was laugh because I had never imagined that what was in the box could be considered as a "wing" and the biscuits (I ordered an extra one) were dry and hard as a 2 day old biscuit....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy shop workers have given this location our business for 11 years and unfortunately the "policy" gets worse and worse as time goes on. Particularly in the last 6 months. On 3 separate occasions we have been told that they could not give us plates for our food through the drive through (even tho we ordered over $50 of food for a large meeting!!!), and today I was told I cannot order more than 3 meals in the drive through, that I'd have to come in and order. And there was NO ONE in line behind me in the drive through. What kind of policy is that? I've ordered for 10 people before (all on one check, so it's not that hard!) but today someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided they'd be difficult, so we took our business order elsewhere today. It's unfortunate that one or two bad workers at this KFC have to ruin it for everyone else. We will never go back or give them our business because of the denials we have had in the last 3 months, which shouldn't have even been an issue. There is one lady there that works the window every now and then and she is extremely nice and helpful- unfortunately I never got her name but she is great. The sad thing is every time they are doing a campaign or a donation, I have never denied it. I'm the customer that gives them everything, and I couldn't get plates or order through the drive through. This is my first review EVER for any company, because that is how upset the man made me today. I hope they dispose of some workers and hire people that actually are thankful to...
