McDonald's — Restaurant in Brookhaven

so i dont even write reviews but now i’m boutta troll, cause folks done pissed me off and i got time :)))) so let’s just say this has gotta be the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to in atl and not bc of the food but the service is HORRIBLE, lemme start off with two specific people that have made all my experiences so bad! omg i can’t even explain how bad!!!! the night shift is full of people who don’t get clapped or something but anyways let’s start with the fruity black male handling the orders smh ALWAYS having a attitude, and there is never a day he doesn’t say something rude to me, and mind you I LIVE ACROSS THE ST 😂 so i’m here often in the AM (which omg god bless the morning crew so professional especially them sweet hispanic ladies), back to the “male”, i’ve genuinely asked for him to stop being rude but he just sits there and argues with me instead of finding a solution to get me out the line (like any other would do) BUT ofc since he’s not a girl, he’s just mad at the world bout miserableeee asl, i’ve never had such encounter. now on to the next, that old asain lady that b takin orders too… man i be trynna be respectful but the way this lady talks and be trynna check me and ends up getting checked back 😂 is hilarious bc i just never understand the whole attitude thing when all this, is just straight business. i just don’t get it tbh but see i let things like this not affect me too much so a person like me may do the most and write a review or wtv but one day these folks are gonna get the wrongggg person on the right day lol i hope they keep that attitude up cause i can reassure you it won’t be no review, mcdonalds, please do better and get rid of miserable people like this cause they clearly don’t appreciate the privilege of working...

This is the slowest McDonalds during the mid afternoon/evening. I see a lot of people standing around an waiting on food. EVERYTIME I go there I wait in the drive thru at most 30 min least 15. I have NEVER been able to go to this McDonald's if I'm in a hurry. If I plan on going to that McDonalds I have to make sure I have nothing going on. I seen today a big woman who works there actually getting upset with me because I was looking in the window from drive thru wondering why I was sitting there for 10 min for two small items. If she had said something to me, I for sure would have told her how I felt with absolutely NO fear or hesitation how dare you get an attitude with me when the drive thru (which mind u had only 2 cars in it) is going this slow. Everyone was playing around an talking while I'm sitting there waiting on my food. Last time I was there I got a card for a free meal for a week because I sat in line for 30 min for 4 items... The McDonalds on east main I am in an out every time I go an the staff is friendly. I drive 15 min out my way because I know if I come to this one I will be sitting for at least 20 min. Get it together ppl. An for the big girl who was rude to me through a window YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING TO MY FACE I WOULD OF HAPPILY TAKEN THAT ON. smh NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN EVER NOW THAT I KNOW ABOUT EAST MAIN...

I ordered my items at the drive thru. The initial lady taking the order was nice. I have no issue with her service. The food pick up was the issue. When i got to the front, they mistakenly gave my order to the person in front of me. They didn’t ask them what they ordered, they just handed it to them. Then when they got to me, they asked me what my order was. My order was in the car with that person/family for a while as I watched. I finally got to the front and requested politely for my items to be replaced since it was with the car in front of me for while (understandably so due to the pandemic). Tbh, the lady working there went away for like a 2 minutes and came back too quickly to have given me new things. The bag looked the same. No sorry, no word exchange. I get that its a fast food place but when u actually have polite ppl requesting for something like that, just take the request seriously. Bad experience at...
