Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Brookings

2 nights on a row I've left the walk up window because the little boy only cares about the vehicle orders! It's cold & I wanted a hot cocoa to warm my hands while I walk around. 1st night I stood at the walk up window for almost 5 mins while he ignored me. Tonight, no one was there, cool. I go to the car window, he takes my order, makes me to go the walk up window before I paid. I walk over & he sits at this car that just pulled up for about 4 mins while another car pulls up on the other side too. He walks over takes the car that just pulled ups order, goes back to the other car he was JUST talking to & says sorry & gets their order. Then finally after both sides pay he comes back to me. I simply ask if I get mine before the cars & he just shrugs his shoulders. So I was upset & I just left. Overall this DB is goof but I won't go back at night time ever again! I deserve...

I absolutely love or local Dutch Bros. Friendly staff. Very professional, polite, neet and tidy. Very trendy upbeat location. Staff always have a smile. If you don't know what you want or have never been to a Dutch Bros before the staff are so helpful. Like tonight. I recently started a meal plan that requires I only have sugar free items and have them be low carb. We pulled in asked if they had these options. They did. It was great the staffer explained what they had and how I could get it made. I detest coffee duo the gentleman told me I could have it as a frost. White and regular chocolate ibuprofen a sugar free frozen drink that meets my needs and keeps me on my meal plan. I loved Dutch Bros before but now knowing I can still have it is just so...

First time to Dutch Bros! I was surprised to see a team member out on an iPad taking orders for the morning rush! Since I had no clue what to order, she offered suggestions.

They made the coffee fairly quickly, and were very friendly. They were bumping to music inside and had a good vibe. My coffee was good, but too sweet, I’ll know better when I order next time!

UPDATE: went back two days later and ordered the kicker with half the cream they would normally put. They handed me a cup 3/4 full… I wanted more coffee and less cream. The employee said that was not possible and the only thing he could do was add more cream....
