I absolutely love this small business! I have been coming here for quite a while, it started with disposable vapes and then I decided to move on to reusable vapes. Today I had an extra amazing experience! A year or so ago I had purchased a Smok Nord 50w and still had it to this day. Well I noticed that my device kept saying “no atomizer” again and again, so I finally took a look into the problem and noticed that one of the pins that helps recognize the coil was pushed down and stuck. So when I went into the shop I had mentioned it to employee Rayna to see if she had any ideas to fix it. So she went and asked someone else about it, then came back to tell me that they would just go ahead and replace it with the same device as it is no fault of mine. I was very astonished and grateful. This was not even something I was expecting! I was just looking for advice on how to fix it! Dallas and her employees are beyond amazing and I would 100% recommended them time and time again. Great store. I missed having a good alt store after living in Eugene. They have some awesome products and some really unique stuff! Good to browse and absolutely perfect for buying gifts. A little bit of everything here.
