Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

Waited over an hour for delivery last week when I was in the middle of moving, the lady who answered the phone when I called three different times to see where the delivery driver was was extremely rude and said for the first two calls “your driver is on his way” and then hung up. The third time I called because it said the order was delivered, which I never received. They said that the driver said he delivered it, and then said the order was voided, and then said it was refunded. All of which was not true and we ended up having to go pick it up and noticed four employees just standing around. There was no reason that it should’ve taken over an hour because I live one minute away but didn’t want to take a Uhaul over there, which I ended up having to do. Went again today to give them another chance and it was a mistake. Sandwich had mushy tomatoes that were clearly bad and at the end of the sandwich was all of my mayo, which was was a disgusting surprise. Will never return and will end up going to the jimmy johns in Champlin to avoid this place. Employees are rude, they can’t hear your orders over the loud music, and also aren’t wearing masks when they should be or properly wearing them. I’m honestly not sure how it has almost a four star...

This was our first time going to JJ’s in Brooklyn Park. We got to the door and there was a sign that said they were “closed for Easter”. Today is Saturday April 19TH… AND it was about 6:30PM when we arrived. I thought the sign was for tomorrow, but as I grabbed the door handle it was already locked. This guy behind the counter approached the door and proceeds to tell us they’re closed early for Easter weekend. The sign didn’t say that… I then told him tomorrow is Easter though not today. He said well for Easter weekend we’re closed early. I suggest maybe have a better sign that states you’ll be closed on Saturday and not on Easter. That was very confusing. Also, two other people came up behind us to go into the shop, but I told them they were closed. I had already turned around to leave and the one guy who came after us then told me the kid who came to the door gave me the middle finger behind my back.

The problem isn’t the sign or that you closed early. The problem I have with your place is for someone who’s closing early for Easter gave me a middle finger.

I placed an order tonight for delivery. 35 minutes later after not receiving my order, I called the store and they said they do not deliver to my area. They charged my company credit card, didn't deliver, and did NOT call to say they were not coming. I have ordered delivery during the daytime for company lunches on a regular basis and have had no issues with delivery. I called and they they told me they were too busy to call me. When I asked for the manager, I was hung up on and she said she could care less. I called back and asked for the manager to send me a credit receipt proving my card was credited, she said "no". I usually do not write reviews, but this time after management treated me with such disrespect, I needed to. This is more than a mistake, it was rude.
