FRANK is a phenomenal customer service employee. I never write reviews, but I am blown away from his hospitality, enthusiasm and kind energy. I just left the drive-thru, and pulled over just to write this so I remember his name. The gentleman who took my order and greeted me at the window was probably one of the most respectful fast food employees I’ve seen since Chic-Fil-A. Even better. His demeanor speaking to the customers is exactly what you imagine when you think of an authentic, genuine, little burger joint. Where you get that personalized, individual, genuine treatment. This is a man who cares about his customers, and is definitely making Freddy’s better. I will be coming here more often. Thank you Frank for making our experience great. Exceeded...

So crowded and all the tables that were empty were dirty. I had to ask them to clean the tables. The cashier girl wasn't nice she was rude. The only nice person was the young guy who gave me a side of onions he should've been the one taking order since he was so friendly. The food was gross. My hot dog tasted so salty and so bland. The fries were so gross, too. I was so excited to want to eat here that my experience was horrible. So sad to wanna try a place and find the food and experience horrible. Need to train the girls to be never and clean the lobby when it looks like all they are doing...
