Arguably the worst experience i've had at a restaurant. My friend just graduated from nursing school and she decided to have her celebration that same night at Parry's. She went ahead and called at 2 pm to reserve tables for a party of 20 guests. She was advised to call at 7 pm as well to confirm she was still able to make it (more than understandable). she was also asked that we the party show up at 7:30 pm (again, completely understandable). My friend and the party of 20 show up at the time requested only to find that THEY GAVE AWAY OUR TABLE. Our entire group stood outside in the 95+ degree weather waiting for a table. we waited for 2 1/2 hours and still were not able to be seated. During this time no updates were given, drinks weren't even offered. my friend had to be the one to request that the party be serviced while waiting to be seated. ( not a hard task ). she also requested updated from the managers and they were not only rude and short with the updates but they appeared to not be interested in accommodating my friend. after 2 1\2 hours they offered to open the outdoor seating to the entire party, since the party currently seated where we had reserved (as we are supposedly required to do) had not finished. i spoke to the manager and asked if it was a smart idea to have the party sit outside in the ridiculous heat after having already doing for the last 2 1/2 hours in wait to be serviced. The managers rudely stated there's nothing we can do and continued to ignore and acknowledge the mistake they had made by giving away our table. HORRENDOUS LEADERSHIP. my friend wound up cancelling her celebration and the party winded up leaving. MY FRIEND LEFT EMBARRASSED AND UPSET ON HER SPECIAL DAY. IT'S ABSOLUTELY ABSURD THAT THE RUDE MANNERISMS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF) WILL FOREVER BE ATTACHED TO HER SPECIAL DAY IN GRADUATING NURSING SCHOOL. *Also, should you feel inclined to insert a generic apology, there's no need as I see you insist on continuing to ignore this...

We wanted their happy hour drinks and was informed that happy hour is only M-F 3-6pm. I was confused so I pointed out that the menu said that but also had a big banner saying "ALL DAY SUNDAY". She laughed and brushed it off and took our order. Beers were good so we decided to order appetizers and place our food order (Cheesy Bread, Hot Fries, two specialty pizzas, wings). Both apps arrived with plates but no silverware or napkins, but they were tasty. After finishing the apps, she took our dirty plates and other staff brought the pizzas. We were excited to eat but our waiter was no where to be found and our food was sitting there with no plates, still no napkins, no cheese and no pepper flakes. After waiting, we had to take the liberty of walking to an empty table next to us with clean plates on it and take those to start eating before our food got cold. Then, went back to that empty table and also took it's cheese and pepper. Then, also had to walk over to the bar and ask for a stack of napkins for our table to finally eat comfortably. Was it the end of the world? No, but with a tab of $120+, I sure would hope the staff would try to take care of you and not have you be your own wait staff.
Overall, food was good, not great, not bad. Ambiance is modern and fun with a sports bar feel. But sadly, our waiter did not take care of us, leaving a bad taste in our mouths. Maybe one day we will go back and give it another try, but it will...
Read moreFrom the moment my furry companion and I stepped into this gem of a restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere that immediately told us we were in for a treat. It's not every day that you find a place that goes above and beyond to welcome four-legged guests with as much enthusiasm as their two-legged counterparts. The staff provided a water bowl ans food bowl for my sog without missing a beat
The service was impeccable. Each member of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. They recommended their specialties, and we were delighted with every dish that was presented. The food was a masterpiece, both in presentation and taste. It's clear that the chef pours their heart and soul into every dish, using fresh ingredients that speak to both the quality and the care put into their preparation.
What truly sets this restaurant apart, besides its welcoming policy for dogs, is the harmonious blend of exceptional service and culinary excellence. It's rare to find a place that excels in every category, making our dining experience not just a meal, but a memorable occasion. Whether you're a dog owner or simply a lover of great food and welcoming vibes, this restaurant is a must-visit. It's a place where every guest, regardless of species, is treated to the best of the best. We can't wait...
