Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Brunswick

I don't post reviews much, but felt I had to write one for our visit to Jersey Mike's Subs. Every single sub we ordered was wrong. We ordered two Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteaks and Two Kids meals online at 3:30, with a pickup time of 5:00 - plenty of time to make the order correct... Kids meals were both on incorrect bread, chicken cheesesteaks came with steak instead of chicken, and one had the wrong bread too. The one which had the correct bread was supposed to be light onions/peppers, but they did that on the other cheesesteak. Not one sub was correct, and we didn't realize until we were unpacking them at home. Food was OK, and was ready at 5:00 for pickup, but they got our order horribly wrong. I checked our receipt just to make sure it wasn't our error, but everything there was entered correctly. Was unimpressed with the lack of customization during ordering as well. We won't be back here, and sadly don't...

Normally this is a great place to grab an awesome sandwich but our last two orders have slipped from what this store typically delivers. One order had no bacon on a club sandwich (#8) and the sandwich quality was below par from what they usually make. As for our most recent order last week, while the sandwiches tasted great, they've cut back on the amount of meat that was on both of our sandwiches. The provolone that was on my sandwich was literally sliced paper thin and almost didn't exist. This was an $18 sandwich that Subway across the street probably could have made better. I hope these were just hiccups because sometimes "stuff" happens, but for the money, we'll head somewhere...

In a nutshell not that impressed with today usually they are spot on, but today and yes it is partially my fault I always write extra onion in the notes because they never give enough onions and I had never had a problem usually Jersey Mikes is fire but, I quite literally got half a raw onion tossed onto my philly cheese maybe its my fault for not specifically saying I wanted grilled onions had never had this problem in the past with like the dozens of phillys maybe someone new but just a bad experience so just saying you gotta be exact with your words because I guess people can't assume that a hot subs means hot...
